The program is great

The program is great, there's enough of everything! Everything is balanced! The only thing is that I don't understand the point of weighing myself every day, it's interesting to note my mood! Not quite convenient training format, you have to constantly pause and switch, also it is not clear how many rounds should be done. That's why I'm doing another trainer's program.
