For a last minute booking (due to my flight MIA to BOS being cancelled) Anthony was incredibly helpful finding an accommodation for my travel needs as well as having great communication throughout the entire process.

Monarch went above and beyond the norm with our recent flight, arranging for my daughter, who had just had surgery, to be carried on and off the plane by EMTs. Couldn't be happier with the service.

We had a terrifying emergency landing on a Monarch flight now over two weeks ago, with an electrical failure, depressurized cabin, nonfunctioning oxygen mask, yelling out of control pilots, and six Canadian fire trucks waiting in case the plane was unable to land or caught on fire. Although we are incredibly grateful to be alive, we have yet to receive any explanation, follow up, or apology from anyone at Monarch.

November 18, 2025 addendum: Monarch failed us in the air, and has failed us ever since. Monarch’s response is pure spin. We never received the “comprehensive report” they claim exists, nor any offer of a call with the chief pilot. Most critically, they have failed to provide the FAA’s official findings—the only objective account of what happened. Instead of transparency, Monarch has chosen misrepresentation and silence, compounding the original trauma with a total failure of accountability.

The ground crews at both locations handled loading and unloading smoothly the heavy equipment without question. The plane was excellent, and the crew was fantastic in every way. The aircraft fit our equipment perfectly, and the accommodations made the flight time pass quickly and comfortably.

One small note: it would have been helpful to know ahead of time that all food and drinks on board were included. We only found out halfway through the flight when we checked to see what things would cost. Not a major issue, but something that would have been nice to know earlier. The whole crew was amazing and friendly and accommodating.

Aside from that minor detail, the entire experience was executed flawlessly. Thank you for everything you did to help make this trip a success. We completed our work without any equipment loss or damage.

Working with Matt was easy and convenient. The prices are competitive and we were quickly accommodated with our last minute changes on one of the flights.

All the pilots were friendly and the planes were clean.

Our charter from Lakeland Linder Airport was on time with very pleasant pilots. The aircraft was in excellent condition. The flight to Nassau and return was smooth and professional. Your pilots and plane had overflight status. We were able to clear customs in Lakeland, that was a significant plus.

Staff was professional, timely, and amazing!!!! Great flight! Very safe! Allen was excellent throughout the process
