Great products, and even greater customer service
The bracelets and rings are really great, stylish and comfortable to wear. I purchased 4 items. Unfortunately, one broke during a run, but Monateo’s customer service was amazing. They responded immediately and arranged new ones for me free of charge. Only kudos for them!

The jewlery is like in the pictures. Very solid, shiny and good crafting. I particularly commend the customer service which was responsive in short time and took action on a minor issue. The shipment and delivery were very fast.

Incomparable Customer Service
After experiencing a slight issue with one of the early prototypes of one of Monateo's bracelets, I was absolutely amazed by how empathetic, considerate and professional the customer service was with my experience. Elena was extremely quick to respond and made sure I had the best experience possible. In regards to their designs and accessories, I wear my necklace and bracelet everyday and look forward to purchasing more of their items in the future!
