Poor mattress quality and even worse customer service.
We bought a canape for almost 2000 euros that converts to a sofa bed for occasional use. We used it 5 times in the first year for when we have visitors and the mattress was already VERY worn down. I have contacted them unfortunately at this time the guarantee was already expired and wanted to buy a thicker mattress and customer service was not willing to help or even offer some sort of discount for the possible new mattress. 2 years later after we bought it, the wooden foundation underneath the sofa bed is already bent, mattress worn down and when you lay on it, you can feel the metals in your back - all this for occasional use only. We do not even sit on the couch on a daily basis. I would not recommend.
