Dear Miss Melissa,
Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience caused. Please note, we had some technical issues at our online store, this is the reason the sold out item was sold to you.
In this case, a full refund has been issued to you straight away. Anyway, I have to admit, that it was quite bad communication from us and we can do better in the future.
Best regards,
Monday Vapes Team

Dear Kunde,
I am really sorry to hear that the delivery took longer than expected. Please note, it was an international order and it was placed just before the Christmas period. Secondly, we have to admit, that the parcel was held by your country customs for a week, so this also caused the delay of the delivery.
Anyway, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. Hopefully, we can do some business again in the future.
Best regards,
Monday Vapes Team

Ordering was fine up until the "is this person over 18?"-routine. Bloody hell... I'm 58 and this thing had me moving back and forth for 10 minutes before it decided I was probably old enough to order.
Package arrived as promised, well packaged. Overall very satisfied with my Monday Vapes purchase.
