I'm used to traveling abroad on my own. This is the first time I've used a tour operator. Preparing the trip went very well with my contact. He understood my expectations and helped me finalize my program with good advice.
The hotels were well beyond my expectations, the transfers were always punctual and the French-speaking guides very friendly.

We have been using Monde Authentique for over 10 years and from the first trip to Zanzibar, followed by Madagascar and South Asian countries (Cambodia, Myanmar, Laos and Thailand) we have never been disappointed !! Discovering Sicily with Monde Authentique was marvellous also.
The various members of staff who organised our tailor made trip, knew exactly what we wanted following many discussions and of course our past experiences.
Our latest trip to Vietnam this year was amazing, it followed the same trend, staying in hotels, boats, and trains for the night.
Always great experiences with knowledgeable guides who were great and looking after us as we are not getting younger.
(In fact, we always keep in touch with our guides when we come home.)
Next trip should be Japan, finger crossed.
