I ordered a year ago and still not got the items.

THEY ARE A FRAUD!
I bought 20 months ago, and never received my products, but excuses.

Order made over a year ago and nothing to show other than failed attempts to get a refund by a guy called Avril who made promise after promise and never completed. It now seems the website has a new notification suggesting new ownership and again assurances ordered placed would be completed. Lies lies lies

Waiting since six months for my order to arrive or a refund. Now customer service it not responding anymore. Complete fraud and this needs reporting to the authorities.

I have been waiting for over a year and a half, and they barely send any response unless chased up. I have even been promised free items as an apology for their lies about their manufacturing delays. I have asked for a refund, but that is also having lies and a lack of response for three months.

Ordered way back in the beginning and they where promising every month that it will be shipped but it never was. They also stretched it from the first payment until the release so I was over my time on my credit card to ask back the money.

DO NOT BUY. SCAM, ORDERED PAIR DIDNT RECEIVE FOR 8 MONTHS, CHEATS, DONT TRUST

Scam: ordered through Kickstarter. Delivery was supposed to be April 2022, no one has received anything. No update for 8 months. Do not buy!

They started a Kickstarter project in 2021 and got backers to fund their production. But instead of sending the reward items to their backers as they are supposed to do they instead are selling them in their web shop meanwhile lying to all their backers. DON'T buy their products! It's basically stolen gods!

I placed an order with Mondgo in December.

From the beginning, I encountered numerous issues. Despite patiently waiting for my order, it never arrived. I emailed the company every two weeks or at least once a month to check on the status of my order. Each time, I was met with the same excuse: "A delay; shipping is expected by the end of the next month." Surprise, surprise, there was another delay by the end of the next month, BUT "Shipping was scheduled by the end of the following month." Hence, I just needed to be more patient, only for the next month to arrive with still no package and the same excuse and "promises of shipping for next month" and that "my package is now labelled as a priority".

I decided to request a refund. However, this process has been equally disappointing. I have been trying to get my refund for over a month, only to be repeatedly told that there is yet another "delay."

This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and has left me feeling scammed.

I strongly advise against ordering from Mondgo. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I hope others can avoid the same issues by steering clear of this company.

I wrote to customer care because my packaged didn't arrive, and they sent me a screenshot showing the items and explaining why they needed more time to get the quality right ... I wrote to them again and haven't heard from them since!!!

Scam!
I ordered - and paid - about 6 month ago. When I wrote them, I received a looooong answer asking for some more time. I waited some more, wrote again and asked to get my money back. Same answer. This time I refused to wait longer. Never heard of them again… Thinking about giving this to my lawyers now, just because I‘m pissed.

Avril (customer service provider) from Mondgo has promised me an update on the Kickstarter app & website that never happened. She now is refusing to respond to my emails. I purchased the sleepwear over 2 YEARS ago and afer promises of progress being made every few months they have caught on that I refuse to accept there excuses anymore and have instead ghosted me. I can’t believe that there website is up and that they are selling their sleepwear on it now all the while the original backers have waited years and have received absolutely nothing. Never support this company!

And asked for a refund and still nothing. Do not, I repeat, do not under any circumstances give these people your money. It’s a scam like others are saying.

This is a scam, don't buy!!!

I paid from a product over 2 years ago and since then nothing came and they're completely ignoring all requests. They are simply some dirty scammers and that's all. Don't buy!

Scam. No reply once I asked for refund after having waited for more than 6 months. If only there was a legal pursuit we could follow up on.

It has been (2) years and I have not received my order. I get nothing but excuse and lies. Worst company ever. Now I can’t even get my money back. Stay away from this company.

I wish I could give negative stars. This is has been a truly poor experience. Approaching 5 months and still no product. Same nonsense excuse as everyone had started around shipping delays and some nonsense pictures. Eventually I had enough and asked then to cancel my order (that was about a month ago). They said they had cancelled it and refund would take up to 14 days. It’s now over a month and I followed up. Only for them to respond back to me saying that the order is still pending cancellation and refund due to technical issues with the payment gateway and is delayed by 2 weeks. I mean if I doubted that foul play and fraudulence was at play, after this email I am convinced. Please save your money and stay away from these crooks.

Been a kickstarter backer since 2020 and still have not received any clothes. They used to send and email every few months with some excuse as to why it’s taking so long, they kept pushing back the “expected delivery date” over and over and over. It’s nearly June 2024 and still nothing. Their last Facebook post was in October of 2022, the last update email from them was March of 2023. Now silence. Not even answering emails. THIS IS A SCAM. This company will probably never get their sleepwear out to anyone.
