I can't review the Mondialcare claim process as I haven't used it, but the Customer Services responses to my queries before I subscribed to a policy were beyond anything I've experienced from any other company - extremely helpful and virtually immediate.

I accidentally left home without…
I accidentally left home without medication. I just need a prescription through a free consultation and no one will assist me. I called for assistance and the person Amelia Dislin that signed me up keeps stating that it’s preexisting so I am not covered. Then she blocked me from communication after I paid over $700. I dont need a diagnosis nor to see a doctor- I have my medical informations - now I’m away without medication- concerned. I keep getting links stating for $150 you can see our doctor. Same with Serenity. Where’s my free consultation? I fell in Paris, France and injured my back and arm - I have no confidence that this insurance will assist me.

Dear Madam, We offer you free and unlimited telemedicine in our program. Access to the telemedicine is via the customer area, which was indicated in the subscription brochure. This is the diagnostic service you needed. We are sorry that you did not use the service that solved your problem for free. It seems that you told Amélie Dislins that, having forgotten your medication, you wanted the cost of these medications related to a pre-existing condition.to be covered.
What Amelie explained to you is perfectly correct. You have free access to the telemedicine provider who provides you with a prescription allowing you to repurchase your medications, but no travel insurance contract will pay for treatments "forgotten through carelessness." You mention links talking about $150 our telemedicine service is free and in no case are you charged anything, so I think the links you are talking about have nothing to do with our services. If you need an indication to use the telemedicine service correctly, just call our customer service, they will facilitate your access to telemedicine. This is what we do hundreds of times a day, I think there is clearly a misunderstanding in our common communication, which does not allow you to question a service that works to the satisfaction of all our customers.

On top of this Mrs Poynton and Mr Fianacca were indemnified according to the terms of the Insurance policy which is covering all pathology treatment upfront after application of a small copay. We have then been inforlmed that Mrs Poynton and Me Fianacca were covered by the French National Health system (Sécurité Sociale) and have a Carte Vitale. It is incredible to see scammers who get paid twice insulting those who paid them even though they had already been compensated by social security. We are now considering filing a complaint against these filthy thugs.
