Recruiter reached out to me

Recruiter reached out to me. I provided information requested. Then was ghosted. Sent two follow-up emails to which I received a response to the last one. Recruiter was too busy to get back to me.

Disrespectful and rude behavior and treatment.

Annoying recruiters

Annoying recruiters. Contacts with $30/hr jobs and gets offensive when asked to be removed from the list. Lynda Ogbonnaya is the most annoying one.

They never helped anyone I know to land any job. After few interviews they said you are not selected. Just contact the company directly than going though this scam one.

Mondo is a scam

I entirely agree with these reviews. I have been contacted countless times by a recruiter at Mondo for graphic design and product design roles. I have responded immediately with my resume. I have followed up with every recruiter only to be ghosted. I have tried calling and cannot get through and not one recruiter has ever responded to my follow ups. I am unsubscribing to their emails after reading these similar experiences. I have returned their "offers" off and on for three years. Many in the past 9 months that I have been out of work. They are not legitimate and have been a huge waste of time.

Mondo is a terrible company

Mondo is a terrible company that is only over shadowed by there horrible employees. They reach out to you regarding 6 figure jobs then leave the solar system when your interested. I contacted their Corporate office and spoke with "Head of Operations" named Jason. He couldn't get none of his 30 plus employees to answer the phone or emails!! The employees run the company and the managers follow up with an apology. It's a bunch of $10 people running a $5 team. Don't even bother. If your looking for work, trust me , your better off making a paper airplane out your resume and throwing it off a ten story window and hope it hits a employer in the back.

Mondo is the worst

Mondo is the worst! They called me to sell an internet package. I asked what speed line it is and they gave me incorrect information (10meg instead of 100 meg). I only noticed when I received the modem and immediately cancelled.
They came to collect the modem but never cancelled the contract. I have been paying for nothing for three months now.
Every time I call their systems are offline, once someone put down the phone in my ear after being kept on hold for over 10 minutes.
It is utterly disgraceful!
They sell incorrect goods and then make it so difficult to cancel the contract.

What a JOKE

If a company has to ensure you that they're not a scam, they're probably either a scam or at the very least, a**holes. In Mondo's case, its the latter. I don't think they're fake, it's just that they simply do not care about the applicants or their clients. This is evident in the total lack of communication between Mondo and those they reach out to with open positions. In my case, I even had a recruiter schedule a screening call with me for a position I spent time adjusting and sending out a resume for only to have her totally ghost me, never call for the screening, and then ignore my emails afterwards. PLEASE do not waste your time or energy w/ this group, and if you're a client- good luck finding the best candidate for the role LOL.

A SCAM Unprofessional and never responds

I agree with the earlier review that they appear to be a scam. Every time I got an email about an opportunity and replied within minutes with my CV....I never heard back a thing. So, I contacted the recruiter in the email and asked them if these jobs really existed. Why would they always be taken seconds after being advertised? Did they not wait for multiple CV's and select the best or are they a speed dating service, finding the first person with a pulse? So, it appears they blocked my email account or IP from replying to any of the scam emails they keep sending me with jobs that never seem to be there. I even sent a LinkedIn message to one of their Senior Regional managers. She said she would help and then - no reply. I would not trust them to find a dog catcher for me....or waste my time replying to any of their job solicitations - unless you like being treated unprofessionally?

Don't expect the expected!

For a recruiting company who will blanket the world with emails about potential jobs, don't expect they will receive your response or respond to it. They don't answer the phones. They don't respond to emails. And, their voice mail boxes are full--so you can't leave them a message.

They ask you to reply or call if you think their advertisement is a good fit but you may as well just pick a number between 1 and 1,000 and hope. Whichever businesses hire Mondo.com to help them fill vacancies should look elsewhere because this company isn't going to do it. Just look them up on LinkedIn and look at the volume of similar complaints in the REVIEW section. HORRIBLE.
