1) This company (Avenida de Alcoy, Alicante) is incompetent because they did not know that the ITP regulations had changed in 2022 and instead of paying 800 euros for a purchase of 8000 euros for a parking space, we had to pay 1950 euros. The estate agent apologised several times but the result was that we had to pay the tax of 1950 euros. We went to the land registry to appeal, the estate agent was supposed to come with us this day but he never came.
2) This company is dishonest because when we paid the agency fees, our real estate agent told us that we had to pay the sum of 1900 euros for the registration fees (deed, notary, etc.), which we thought was exaggerated. He replied that he preferred to ask for more and that, once he had received the invoices from all the intermediaries, he would reimburse us accordingly. The latest news is that the amount to be refunded is 563 euros. So far we have received nothing despite multiple reminders.
