Mondu – Very unprofessional and unreliable.
I applied for financing as a buyer with 100+ orders on Qogita and total purchases exceeding €40,000. They didn’t bother to give me any answer for 3 months, and then they stopped replying to emails altogether.
If they wanted to refuse, they could have simply said so in a quick email. Ignoring a customer like this is unacceptable.
I don’t know who would want to work with a company like this. Stay away.

DO Not Use - stay away from this company. We accidently selected Mondu as payment option due to a confusing website. They did not send the accounts team any details - no payment request/ invoice - Just a notice of increase to original amount, late interest and late fee - The original email was not sent to our email address but they hounded and hounded us, we made the payment with the late fee to get rid of all the calls and emails. Would never use and would discourage any supplier or customer from using them.

Used Mondu for B2B invoice payments and had multiple serious issues.
False underpayment / late fees
Two invoices were paid in full:
• £5,200.21
• £504.41
Despite full payment and bank proof, their system keeps generating tiny “outstanding balances” (£1–£3) and then automatically adding £40–£70 late fees and interest on top.
For example, they recently claimed £1.36 outstanding and threatened a £70 late charge. Another case showed ~£3 due with additional penalties. These are clearly rounding/system issues, not real debt.
No proper reconciliation or explanation was provided.
Credit limit cut without warning
After consistently paying on time, our credit line was suddenly reduced with no notice, which makes the service unreliable for business operations.
Overall, even when you pay invoices in full, you still receive automated warnings, penalties, and account restrictions.
Not suitable if your business needs predictable financing.

We attempted to onboard Mondu through our Qogita account earlier this year. While the initial application was declined, it was subsequently approved in December.
Since that approval (now over six weeks ago) we have been unable to use the service due to a persistent integration issue between Mondu and Qogita. On the Mondu side, our account shows as approved with an active spending limit. On Qogita, however, the application continues to appear as denied, effectively blocking any functionality.
Despite opening multiple support tickets with both platforms, the issue remains unresolved. Responses have routinely taken weeks, and when they do arrive, they fail to move the situation forward in any meaningful way. The overall experience reflects a concerning lack of ownership and basic customer care.
At this stage, the onboarding process alone has taken longer than what most providers require to fully activate and support a live account. This raises serious doubts about the reliability of the service and the ability of either party to provide adequate support once transactions are actually taking place. Based on this experience, we cannot consider Mondu a dependable partner.

Have been using this service to pay by invoice to certain providers but even when payments are made, I have received warning letter after warning letter. When I sent them proof of bank transfer, I don't get a response until after yet another warning letter was sent.

Arrogant & Inflexible Response! Their customer service's response was a legalistic brush-off, showing zero willingness to review the circumstances, exercise discretion, or acknowledge the unreasonableness of the situation. The attitude is clearly "the terms are the terms," with no room for common sense or goodwill.
I cannot recommend Mondu Capital. While their buy-now-pay-later model may seem attractive, their operational practices are hostile to customers. The risk of being hit with disproportionate fees for minor, poorly communicated balances is high. Their customer service provides no support or understanding, only rigid enforcement.
There are more transparent and customer-friendly financing options available. I advise other small businesses to steer clear unless you are prepared for aggressive fee enforcement over the smallest of amounts.
I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with my recent experience using Mondu Capital as a payment solution with Qogita. What should have been a straightforward transaction turned into a confusing and financially punitive ordeal due to Mondu's rigid and arguably predatory approach to late fees.
Here is what happened:
I ordered stock valued at £1,696.51. I paid this full, significant amount on time before the three-month period ended. Despite this, my account was immediately flagged for a tiny outstanding balance of £1.91. Assuming it was a minor currency adjustment error, I paid it promptly to keep my account in good standing.
To my astonishment, a week later, I received a demand for £41.91—the original £1.91 plus a £40 "flat-rate late payment fee."
The Core Issues & My Criticism:
Lack of Proportionality and Fairness: Charging a £40 fee on a £1.91 "debt" that resulted from their own system's miscalculation or opaque charging is excessive and feels predatory. The principal debt was paid in full and on time. The minor shortfall was likely a fee or adjustment I was never clearly invoiced for initially.
Terrible Communication & Customer Care: There was no proactive warning, no grace period notification for the minuscule £1.91, and no clear initial invoice stating this amount was due separately and would trigger a massive fee. Communication only happened after I reached out, confused about why my Qogita account was in bad standing despite paying nearly £1,700.
"Gotcha" Billing Practices: The process feels designed to trap customers. By not including all charges on the primary invoice and then applying disproportionate penalties to negligible subsequent amounts, they create a revenue stream from customer confusion. Their response, citing legal terms and conditions, ignores the spirit of good faith and customer service.
Damage to Business Relationships: As I pointed out to them, this immediately damaged my standing with the merchant (Qogita), causing unnecessary stress and potential harm to my business reputation over £1.91.
Got my limit nearly £5k then out of nowhere they decided put it to £0 for no reason and they can't even explain why. Frustrating!!

We had a credit limit for 2025. We always paid upfront our invoices many days before due date. The company suddenly changed the insurance company and without any warning they cut off our credit limit to Zero. We send them many emails and yet they responded to none of them. Completely unreliable and unprofessional on their part.

The company stopped my monthly payment all of a sudden, despite all monthly payments had been settled.
Since then, they demanded to have all remaining balance settled in a week through an automated email, charged me £70 for "late payment" (?!?) and STOPPED replying to all my calls and my emails to figure out what's going on.
They don't even have a phone number. This is completely unacceptable and I am seriously considering a legal action if I don't get an answer asap.

Mondu is a great company and I highly recommend it. The interaction I had with Mondu staff was next level.
Very poor service. I bought a cake display case from GGM. It was defective. Neither GGM nor Mondu responded to my emails. No one was reachable by phone. I tried to contact someone almost daily for four weeks.
They just wanted my money, regardless of whether the unit was broken or not. It would have been nice if someone had at least responded.
