Great monitors, while they are expensive, they are well worth it!

I Absolutely love my Monduo! It turns my laptop into a portable command center. The screens are super crisp, and it’s a total game-changer for working from coffee shops or on trips without losing my dual-monitor setup. 10/10, definitely recommend!

Outstanding products and fantastic support! I use both the 14 Inch and 16 Inch Monduo Pro Duo. The build quality is top-notch, and the immediate boost to my daily productivity has been phenomenal. Taking a proper multi-monitor workflow on the road is a complete game-changer. Monduo's customer service team has also been stellar, quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Highly recommended!

I placed an order for a 16-inch monitor set on December 13th at the full price of €849. At the time of writing this review, the order status is still “Awaiting Fulfillment” and the product has not yet been delivered.

Only later was I informed that there are supply shortages, which explains the delay. However, this information was not communicated transparently at the time of purchase, which is disappointing.

In addition, shortly after I placed my order, a €150 discount promotion for the same product was advertised on social media (Instagram). I have since requested that this discount be applied to my order as well.

At the current stage, the experience is clearly negative because:
• The product has not been delivered for several weeks.
• The availability situation was not transparent at the time of purchase.
• The discount was advertised after I had already paid the full price.

That said, I want to be fair:
If the monitor is delivered soon and the €150 discount is applied as advertised, I am willing to update and adjust this review accordingly.

For now, however, based on the current situation, the experience remains disappointing.

Overpriced product and expensive to return if the product isn’t a good fit for you.

The product works great. The right side monitor seems to swing a little too easily. When opening the monitors from its folded position, the monitor will quickly drop open rather than holding itself.

loved the product but it didn't work for my use case. sadly i had to return it and Monduo made that process simple and easy.

I hope they release a new product that will fit my needs!

Great product and great customer service. Very responsive to my questions.

This is an excellent product—although it's pricey, it's definitely worth the investment. It connects seamlessly with the MacBook, and the app provides great integration as well. While delivery took about a month, which was longer than anticipated, I doubt you'll find anything comparable. The quality is outstanding without question.

Exceptional Support and Amazing Monitors!

I had an outstanding experience with Monduo. I needed assistance with a question I had, and their support team was incredibly helpful. They provided personal support every single day until my issue was resolved, demonstrating genuine care for their customers.

Additionally, the monitors are fantastic! They have significantly enhanced my workday, making tasks more enjoyable and efficient. I can't recommend Monduo enough for their excellent customer service and top-notch products!

The communication and concern shown by Jack & Matthew was instrumental in my requesting a replacement for a malfunctioning unit, rather than a refund. I will definitely continue to use the product (which I love) and I will recommend unreservedly to any and all who will ask.

A monitor that finally delivers on my need for running multiple applications seamlessly side by side. All told, the display(s) delivers a genuinely wonderful experience.

This is my second attempt to purchase an extension monitor. The first one was inferior to Monduo. The learning curve on Monduo's monitor was short, and the screen is just as clear as the one on my expensive MacBook Pro. Where Monduo really shone is their customer service several months later. A couple of their cables were defective. I was super busy and didn't call to report this until several months later. They OVERACHIEVED in taking care of me, and I am a very happy and loyal customer. Too bad I can't give six stars. Much thanks to Jack and Monduo.

Just got it. Looks great so far. The customer service is great and handle a issue I had in purchase.

The screen's performance is excellent for my video editing and other things. It has helped me tremendously with productivity by using extra screens. What I wish it could do is fold back further so my clients on the opposite side can view what I want to show them, instead of having to spin my laptop around.

Screens worked for a while... then stopped. Great when working. Now a doorstop. Regret purchase.
