I signed up with Moneco and paid the full account fees because they clearly advertise that you receive US and Euro virtual bank accounts. That was the only reason I joined.
After I paid and fully verified my account using my passport, I was shocked to see that I was given nothing except a Solana wallet. No US account, no Euro account, no virtual bank details at all. Absolutely nothing of what they advertised.
I contacted support immediately to explain the situation and request the US and Euro accounts I paid for. An agent named Lisa replied on the 4th of January. Today is the 17th of January and nothing has been resolved. They took my money and then asked for additional documents, which I provided within hours. Since then, I have been completely ignored.
They never issued any virtual bank accounts. They already had my passport verification, my face scan, and my payment, yet they still failed to deliver the service they promised. This is extremely concerning. They collect sensitive personal data, including passport details and facial photos, take your money, and then disappear.
This company is dangerous and misleading. They do not deliver what they claim to offer. Support stops responding once they have your money. Weeks go by with no answers.
I have formally warned them that I will be lodging a complaint with the Canadian Financial Ombudsman and initiating a chargeback for the fees they took. I will also pursue every possible channel to make sure this behaviour is exposed and that they do not get away with it.
This feels like fraud. I strongly advise anyone reading this to stay away from Moneco.

How they have costumers with a support who don’t even answer users ?
I mistakenly sent SOL on the Solana network to my Moneco wallet, which only supports USDC. The transaction is confirmed on-chain, so the funds are clearly received by a Moneco-controlled address.
I contacted support with all required details (TXID, addresses, date), but received no meaningful response.
What’s concerning is that other users have reported the exact same issue and also did not get proper support responses. However, I noticed that Moneco replies on Trustpilot, saying they are “working on a solution”, while affected users still receive no direct help through support.
This creates a big trust issue.
If an app does not support asset recovery, this should be clearly and strongly warned before giving deposit addresses.
Most of the 5 stars reviews on trustpilot talk about an actif support and helpfull one, when all the 1 star reviews talk about a nonexistent support… what an amazing coincidence.
I hope Moneco takes responsibility and resolves these cases instead of only responding publicly.

Unprofessional and illegal conduct.
Highlights of my experience:
- Asked for account closure and a refund via support (stopped the sign up process mid KYC once I found out about their reputation/limited services in Algeria, counter to their marketing).
- CEO responded instead of the support, which I doubt even exists now. Started interrogating me about the reasons for my request and asking for a literal review instead of initiating a refund and deleting my info/closing my account.
- After wasting my time and multiple follow-ups, he finally says that he will neither delete my info or refund me. He, again, asked for a review.
- I clarified that I have no interest in using their platform whatsoever.
- When clarifying that I'd be reporting them on trust pilot, the company's CEO mentioned that most of who reported them here were scammers.
- When clarifying I'd be submitting a GDPR complaint over my right to be forgotten, the CEO says they left France for Canada where I have no rights.
- That was despite France still being listed as their location on all their social platforms, on their website, and on their Play Store and App Store profiles as of the date this review.
- The CEO keeps threatening that he'll sic his support staff on my negative review, subtly implying that they'll be working extra hard to discredit the review.
I'm positive I've been scammed out of the sign up fees at this point, and I'll possibly be scammed into being charged for their subscription service that they don't even warn users about before they sign up.
But should my right to privacy not be respected, I'll be seeking legal action and not just contacting my bank for a chargeback.
Overall, horrible and unprofessional experience.
I would not recommend the service at all.

More than a week ago, I mistakenly sent 847 USDT (Solana) to my USDC deposit address on their platform. The transaction is confirmed on the blockchain and the funds are clearly visible at the address controlled by Moneco.
Since then, I have sent more than 5 emails and multiple in-app messages. The replies I got were generic, delayed, and completely avoided the real issue. Their communication is almost nonexistent — impossible to get a clear answer or speak to anyone technical.
What’s worse is that they keep telling me to “contact the sending platform” even though the transfer is already confirmed on-chain. That shows a lack of knowledge about how crypto actually works.
If you care about your money and about proper support, you will probably hate Moneco as much as I do right now.

Moneco is a complete scam I sent the fees through USDC for the account creation but it never showed up on the app and they haven't yet verified my identity, they never reply to messages when talking with the online support.

Stay Away.. Money Missing and Zero Support
I opened an account with Moneco to try their banking services and Visa card. I sent $140 to test the app and platform but the money never showed up in the app.
It’s now been over two weeks, and I’ve received no updates, no replies, and no help from their support team. I’ve reached out multiple times, and all I’ve gotten is silence. This is unacceptable.
Where is my money? Why is no one responding? If this is how Moneco handles customer funds and support, I seriously regret ever trusting this app.
I demand an explanation or my money back. Until then, I strongly advise others to think twice before using this service.
