all there case studies are fake they don't even pay $10 dollars to there publisher and make fake excuses on payout days.

Advertising managers insist a lot on contacting you to work together. Then they pay only half of the agreed amount and make fun of you. I have forwarded the conversation records to the team; I hope I can get my money.

I joined Monetag as a publisher and after sending traffic for 3 days I was updating my payment method and during that process my account got banned, I also contacted the support through their email address but no response at all.

A total bait and switch! Avoid!
Don't be fooled by the high rates at the start. Monetag is a total bait and switch. My CPM was decent in the beginning, but as soon as I sent massive traffic, they slashed my CPM drastically. It’s like they lure you in and then rob you. I’ve sent as much traffic as possible and the returns are now pathetic. Totally NOT worth it. Save your traffic for someone who actually pays!

I was banned for an alleged “Terms and Conditions violation” just five minutes after contacting their support chat regarding an issue I was experiencing.

They accused me of generating invalid traffic, despite the fact that I have never encountered any such problems with any other ad network.

I made every effort to explain the situation and demonstrate my good faith. I have complete visitor logs available to prove that there was no abuse or invalid activity. Unfortunately, they did not take the time to review or consider this evidence.
To make matters worse, they withheld the nearly €200 I had legitimately earned.

Monetag is extremely dishonest and will ultimately waste your time with false promises.

They approached us claiming they could beat our current ad network's CPM. After we agreed to test their, we noticed something suspicious: despite using MORE aggressive ad settings with Moneta than with our previous provider, our impression counts mysteriously dropped.

The result? We ended up making the same or even less revenue than before, despite supposedly having a "better" CPM rate. It's clear they manipulate impression counts to keep your earnings artificially low while making their rates look competitive on paper.

Very sneaky tactics designed to waste your time and give the illusion of better performance. We switched back to our previous provider immediately.

Stay away from Monetag. Their promises mean nothing, and they'll play games with your data. There are honest ad networks out there, this isn't one of them.

The service and customer service is nice and good,

I used Monetag to monetize my website for about two months and reached payout level. However, right before the payment date, my account was banned for “fraudulent activity.”

I did not use bots, paid traffic, or artificial clicks. My site is a temporary email service, which naturally receives some automated visits on the internet, but this was not something I generated intentionally.

After contacting support, I received only template replies stating the decision was final and no details could be shared. My balance was deducted in advertisers’ favor and no reconsideration was allowed.

I understand ad networks must protect advertisers, but I believe small publishers deserve more transparency and clearer explanations when earnings are confiscated.

I hope Monetag improves communication and fairness for independent publishers in the future.

Monetag is, without exaggeration, one of the most unreliable monetization platforms I have ever dealt with.
My account was terminated without a valid reason, despite the fact that I was using Direct Link properly and generating real traffic from Twitter. I did not use bots, misleading redirects, incentivized clicks, or any kind of prohibited source. I followed their policies and worked clean.
Yet Monetag still chose to shut down my account abruptly, with no clear explanation and no fair warning. This kind of behavior shows a complete lack of transparency and professionalism. It also proves that Monetag can simply wipe out a publisher’s work at any moment, even when everything is legitimate.
Their support is not helpful and does not provide clear answers, which makes the entire platform feel untrustworthy and unsafe for anyone who relies on stable monetization.
If you value fairness, clarity, and basic respect for publishers, I strongly recommend avoiding Monetag.

TOTAL SCAM: Account Hijacking and Systematic Theft of Funds!

DO NOT TRUST MONETAG! They are running a sophisticated scam operation to steal publishers' earnings. After working hard to generate revenue, they intentionally blocked my access using illegal tactics.

1. ACCOUNT HIJACKING: They activated Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on my account WITHOUT my permission. This is a clear cyber-attack by the platform itself to lock me out of my balance.

2. IMPOSSIBLE VERIFICATION: They rejected my clear, legal identity documents for no reason and started asking for ridiculous, non-standard "paper surveys"—a clear delay tactic used by scammers to avoid payment.

3. THEFT: They are effectively holding my money hostage. This is not a professional ad network; it is a fraudulent scheme that waits for you to earn money, then invents security reasons to steal it.

I have documented everything. I will report this to the cybercrime authorities and payment gateways (PayPal/Payoneer/Wire) to blacklist their accounts.

URGENT WARNING: Switch to a legitimate network before they hijack your account too. Monetag is a sinking ship of fraudsters.
