The CPM rates are too low for the traffic we are generating. The CPM was supposed to increase over time but the CPM actu Decreased for my website. The CPM on website is 1.1 which is negligible. We never crossed CPM of 2. Which I think is pretty low.

As your billing type is monthly with 30 days hold - the payments are made within 1-10 days of every month. When you reach the set minimum withdrawal limit (5 USD), your payment will be on hold for 1 month for traffic check.

For example, how your billing type works:
1st month - monetization

2nd month - hold period

1st -10th of 3rd month - payout

To illustrate, your minimum payout is reached in October, thus, please expect the payment to be sent in December.

I had over $550 in my Monetag account, and suddenly my account was suspended without any proper review. 🚫 They claimed it was “invalid traffic”, but all my traffic was 100% real, organic, and genuine. 📈

I tried to explain everything to the manager and support team many times 🤝 — but they didn’t listen, didn’t investigate, and didn’t even try to understand my situation. 😔

After months of hard work, when it’s time to get paid, suspending accounts and denying payments feels unfair and disappointing. 😡 It seems like publishers are not treated with transparency and respect.

I operate two legitimate Telegram Mini Apps with over 19,000 active users and 100% organic traffic. I am not a novice; I know the rules. Before integrating, I proactively contacted their support to ensure total compliance. I followed every instruction in their documentation and even studied their blog posts to ensure a flawless, 100% compliant integration, meticulously checking every single step to leave absolutely no room for error.

Despite my strict adherence to their Terms and prior communication, Monetag banned my account out of nowhere, labeling my legitimate hard work as "fraudulent activity".

The reality of working with Monetag is unacceptable for three reasons:

First, there is ZERO TRANSPARENCY. When I demanded an explanation, their support agent Ari refused to provide evidence, logs, or specific reasons for the ban. Ari simply hid behind generic, automated responses claiming "cannot share detailed information about fraud since we need to protect our business intelligence" to avoid accountability. Let's be honest: this is not security; it is a loophole you exploit to ban publishers without providing a single shred of proof. It allows you to act as judge, jury, and executioner while hiding the fact that you have no valid reason to ban me.

Second, this is TYPICAL SCAMMER BEHAVIOR. Like many others reporting here, I was banned after generating value and traffic. You allow publishers to work, you benefit from our traffic, you let the account accumulate value, and then you ban the account right before payout to keep 100% of the revenue. You are effectively using legitimate developers to make money for yourselves and then stealing our share. This is not "fraud protection"; it is wage theft.

Third, they cause WASTED RESOURCES. I invested significant time and development hours based on their guidelines, only to be pushed out of my account the moment I started generating revenue.

If you value your time, your traffic, and your revenue, STAY AWAY. They will let you work, generate traffic, and then BAN YOU right before payout without explanation.

TO THE MONETAG TEAM: I have all the analytics and proof of my organic traffic. Review my case immediately and provide a human response. Consider this review just the beginning. If this is not resolved, I will make it my mission to expose your predatory practices across every major publisher forum, social channel, and developer community to ensure EVERYONE knows how you operate.

The company replied to this review below, asking me to "send an email" to resolve this. This is a misleading attempt to save face publicly.

The Reality: I have already exchanged multiple emails with their support team. In private, their agents (Ari, Isaac) explicitly told me: "The decision is final and cannot be disputed" and refused to look at my evidence. They didn't even bother to visit my Apps to verify the traffic source.

They previously tried to remove this legitimate review by flagging it as "fake" (which failed, as I provided full verification). Now they pretend they want to help. Be aware of this company.
