Very Disappointing Experience – Account Closed Without Any Clear Reason

I had been using Monetag for a while and always followed their rules and policies carefully. Unfortunately, my account was suddenly closed without any clear explanation or prior warning.

I contacted their support team several times hoping to understand what happened or to get my account reviewed, but the responses were slow and unhelpful.
It’s really disappointing to lose access to my account after putting in so much effort, especially without a proper reason.

I hope Monetag improves their transparency and communication with publishers in the future.

Honest review — My account got suspended unfairly after being hacked

I have been working with Monetag for a long time and always sent 100% genuine and clean traffic through my apps. Everything was fine until one unfortunate day, when my admin panel was hacked, and someone used my Zone ID to send fake traffic.

After that, Monetag suspended my account, even though I repeatedly explained the situation to them. I requested them to check my previous traffic, which was completely clean and valid — and they confirmed that it was fine.

Still, they didn’t return my account. I even told them to deduct the earnings from the day my ID was hacked, but to please reactivate my account, as I always worked with honesty and dedication.

Sadly, they didn’t do so. I had worked very hard and earned around $600 with legal, genuine traffic, but I never received the payment.

I’m very disappointed because I expected better understanding and fairness from Monetag.
Please be careful if you work with them — always keep your account and admin panel fully secured, because even if you’re honest, you might lose everything due to a single hack.
