Really calm ,helpful advice and instruction.
I'm certainly involved in a daily basis which is interesting and successful!

I have recently become a member of the Monetio family and I have the most delightful Mentor. He understands my requirements and any problems that I may have. He has been very supportive and helpful. Being new to all this can be very daunting but he is very reassuring.

I wouldn’t recommend it’s nothing but hassle. After singing up I changed my mind and asked that my card be refunded £249 I did get a refund after threatening to contact my bank, now am getting a lot of scam calls from all over Europe looks like I will have to change my number, I would avoid unless you like stress in your life

Please AVOID this at all costs. Fake names, keeping you on the phone for ages, pressuring you into putting money in. This is a boiler room scam. These people are ruthless with absolutely ZERO morals. Luckily, I smelt a rat before putting any significant money in. ….. see reply from ‘Monetio’ below….Not sure why this company have replied and with so many exclamation marks!

So I posted a review which got removed even though I agreeded for his name to be taken off!! This company is a SCAM from the day I put the review on here there numbers no longer work and now neither foes their email address they in effect stole 10k in money from us. No contact now for over 3 weeks what a joke stay well clear everyone trust me!!!

Its a scam. A clever one, I'll grant them that which is based on the building up of trust with very personable people. However, what they are offering sounds too good to be true because it is. There are also scam adverts on social media which all lead to Monetio. The company has been operating since May 24 but there is no accountability, address, nothing in writing, nothing beyond a website and they are not registered with the Financial Conduct Authority.

In short, if you put any money in, you will not get it back. The positive reviews can only be from paid actors or people who have yet to try to get their money back out.

They'll likely respond to this with a message telling me to contact their team. The email address given simply takes you to their website and the message is designed to try to throw reviewers off the scent. There are also several websites telling folks Monetio a scam which isn't bad going given they're only a couple of months old. Be warned.

Edit: Its now 15 Aug. As stated above Monetio has responded with a standard message. That address only takes to their page. It’s a scam folks. Don’t do it.

Stuck in an endless loop of trying to get my money out. After months of trying, i still haven't been able to withdraw my funds. it's frustrating that i lost all lot of money by dealing with this company. It's been such a breath of fresh to find out that my head-er is one of those that actually value transparency. I get my money out smoothly and i have been able to get back what i lost.

They have miss lead me, lied to me and refusing to close my account unless I trade and meet their margin even though I stated several times it's affecting my mental health and don't understand I need to go health treatment and I won't be trading no more first and last time
They like to pressure you and manipulate you in many ways

When I was sent a manager, Noah, I was surprised at first how easy going he was. But then he started to ask me get some more money and due to decent results I put a bit more in.
Then started to push me to get a dive figure sum. Once I said that it wouldn’t be possible he seemed to go quiet on me. Now he has stopped getting in touch and left me high and dry.
When I spoke to an investment contact I was told I had been scammed and wave goodbye to your money.
So I’m sorry I will no be recommending you to anyone.

I started my adventure at the begining of july and i wrote a great review about the company and bo### ro## since then all he as done is talk about more money investment,pestering me,pressuring me i tried to get 5k from my wife to invest in a savings account and get 2.5k iput into my trading account she refused to give me it (wich now i am so glad) he was trying to get me to take out a bank loan telling me you cant lose money we dont invest it 7.6 percent a month intrest i read another review and the gent was fuming it said is money was transfered into investment without asking him , so i said to bo### every day he called me,, no im happy as i am mate and all i got !!!!
was pressuring me pressuring and more telling me i wont get rich doing what im doing we need more funds need for funds yesterday i had just about had enough and told him so i actually hung up the phone on him as he was realy making me angry,, he as not been in contact since yesterday, thank god i say ,,, and low and behold all my trading figures were ok yesterday!!!!! today i think it will be all gone by this evening now thats very strange,,, ok i fuc#%ed up big time on this but i wont commit suicide but feel a little green around the gills listening to all the grooming rubbish and nearly cost my wife 5k as well. TAKE ADVICE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST THERE FULL OF BULL ,,,,,,, Morning of 3rd Aug all my £700 AS GONE in 28 hrs from doing really well its gone overnight Total Scam you have been warned people PS they have now complained i used is name so i had to hide it not to worry i have hidden it because i want people to see this revolting company as they are

My experience with monetio was excellent and my mentor George was also excellent he was kind helpful and very knowledgeable 5 stars

I decided not to be involved so I have asked for a return of my £197 and closure of my account. I was concerned that this may not be possible, but
I am now very pleased to announce that I was refunded this morning. It took persistence but they did. Thank you.

And repeated if I wasn't sure he also talked me through all I needed to know and how to process on computer which took a lot of patience on his behalf he is really easy to communicate with
So I fully recommend he is your man to engage with
I didn't engage in taking up the offer and asked to withdraw from it and asked John if he could arrange for my deposit or first payment to be credited back to my card account hopefully this will be done.
I will update my review when my credit has been repaid to my card.

I have been working with Jay Bishop for the past 2 months. I have been more than satisfied with the service and education provided and the profits that I've made ! I have also been treated with kindness and patience.

I have been trying to withdraw my funds for weeks and each time they come up with an excuse why it cannot be withdrawn.

They have promised calls with my "success manager" to resolve it however they have never called or contacted.

UPDATE: Be aware once your account is open it is near impossible to withdraw any funds! They will refuse withdrawals and any responses you get from their customer services (which respond to reviews on here with no intention of resolving your issues) are unhelpful and purely quote their hidden T&Cs!

I'm very pleased to be working with Thomas Ballmer and the company. I have seen very stable returns on my investment and am learning new things day by day , I can feel I'm shaping up to be a very profitable trader , would recommend

He has been absolutely fantastic with my first time experience with investments my confidence in my financial adviser is excellent and very professional and I would highly recommend Nicholas to anyone wishing to start in trading.

My first venture, a very helpful assistant and had absolute confidence jn the assistant. However a few months later I realised it was becoming too much for a nearly 80 year old. Decided to cancel and closed my account. Refund arrived. No complaints and found the experience with the company first class.

Not good. I signed up for Finance phantom and somehow ended up with Monetio. I initially thought the onboarding process would lead to Finance Phantom but it didn’t. I rolled with it for a day and my manager was nice enough but felt insincere. Slept on it. Next day decided that maybe the mistake was mine, maybe it wasn’t but I’d like a refund. That’s when my Manager got aggressive. Past me to his manager, he got aggressive but I stood my ground. Very unpleasant

Lesson learnt: Do your research, be thorough. I just got thoroughly confused. No idea of I’ll get my money back but thats on me.

My advise: go elsewhere.
