Took substantial amount of money out of…
Took substantial amount of money out of my account when my repayments are supposed to be low.
Being a friday I now won't get this credit back untill later next week.
After speaking with someone in the past regarding re applying they first told me I could and would be neally guaranteed a top up finance, then when applying got denied in the click of a button.
Won't ever go through these guys again.

I applied for a second loan which was rejected twice when I called and asked for a reason they would not give me a specific reason just that there were multiple but wouldn't specify what so therefore I would not get another loan from them if they offered it interest free
