I'm on the age pension & thought my chances of a small loan would be slim. Money3 came through for me to help with my interstate moving costs. Easy to use online application. Helpful & friendly customer service. Thank you Money3 team.

Be cautious using a broker and this company.

I have been in the loan process for over 2 weeks, constantly being told “just one more thing”. They string you out. They will not tell you any of the conditions of the loan, until the one last thing. I have given maybe 10 “one last things” including safety checks on the vehicle and getting the seller to send invoices for payment. STILL I am unable to obtain the conditions of the loan!!

Ensure you ask for the loan conditions sooner and don’t be fooled into thinking you’ll get them after “one last thing”.

I was ready to pull the pin on the entire process after so much smoke and mirrors, I ended up calling Money3 direct and they gave me the figures, the broker said that Money3 wouldn’t provide.

I was happy with the way Money3 handled my concerns, except I still had to pay the broker fee on top of the application fee and a hefty interest rate. That wasn’t ideal considering they had caused so much stress and uncertainty and wasted a lot of time to myself and the seller of the vehicle. When I spoke with Money3 they advised they would look into dealing with me direct and a Manager would call me back, I never got a call from Money3 as promised.

I felt like I was definitely strung along so I was unable to back out of the deal. Leaving me in a VERY vulnerable position.

Can't express how great these guys are. Fast reliable service with a smile...

How can the owing amount change in a day? Went from 3,804.11 on the 27.8.24 now up to 3,919.14 on the 28.8.24. Yet I'm paying $265 still so. Not happy at all!

My broker contacted Money 3 and they were very helpful and collected all my data needed for the loan and my loan was successful.
I am pleased with the car loan, Money 3 and my broker as well as dealing with car yard.

People who have low credit or bad credit, don't trust them, it's a lie, they want you to just apply. I have everything to get a loan. Permanent job, pay slip and good weekly income, but they After I applied, they rejected me. I don't have a bad credit, it's just that my score is low because I applied too much. So don't be deceived and don't ruin your credit by applying again.

Money3 went out of their way to make sure I had all that i asked for and needed to purchase my chosen vehicle. then followed up to make sure i was happy with their service and the time period from application to approval. Well done money3!

A well define experience that i could recommend their business to anyone who needs a loan with upmost guarantee also they have very well experience looking after your needs

It was quick and easy once I found the emails as they in my junk/spam mail. It took a few days cause of the difference documents and I think all documents should be listed in the first email so it can be quicker.

Customer should be told to check their spam/junk mail for email also in first phone call but overall I had a good experience.

Very Easy to apply and money was in my accountbtye next day. Thankyou

This is the second time I’ve got a loan with money3 and both times have been good

When nobody would help me with a car loan as a DSP recipient Money3 stepped up and helped me out immensely.
Now I have transport I am eager to gain employment with a view to double my repayments and build up my credit rating and the potential for re-borrowing at a later date.
