I have used Money4Machines several times in the past and they are always rapid to respond to queries. They notify when the item has arrived and provide clear expected timescales of when to receive payment. Despite a few of my phones having small chips they still pay out the full price which i think is excellent; plus the price is usually very close to the top!

Quick and easy process with no surprises, phone processed and funds cleared in my account 2 days after received.

I've used M4M 3 times now, to trade in my iPhone when I upgrade. Each time it's been a hassle free process. They also offer more than some of the bigger companies out there. Their definition of 'cosmetic damage' is fair as well. All of my phones have had reasonable wear and tear (the odd minor scratch and little chip out of the casing) but I've always received the full quoted amount.

Needless to say, I'll use them next time round too.

Money 4 machines where excellent very quick service

Usually use envirofone but there was £50 more by using M4M was a little nervous about sending to a different company. Glad I took the leap of faith got full cash offered with 24hrs of M4M receiving device. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic service. They offered the best price for my old mobile, I requested them to send a pack to me which took only a couple of days. Package was sent via royal mail and i was paid within 3 days.

Wanted to sell my IPhone to trade up to a new one, was going to sell it on ebay, had a look at what Money4Machines price would be for the phone, it turned out It would be about £10 to £20 less than ebay, by the time I looked at ebays fees, Paypals fees etc, it was a better offer, the prepaid package arrived next day, I sent the phone away, the money was in my bank the same day it arrived at Money4Machines, brilliant service, will definitely use them again

As everyone I was slightly worried when I sent my Iphone 5 off to get cash for it. You read a lot of stories about companies that do not pay the full amount quoted etc leaving you in a sticky situation.
Within two days of sending my phone the money (as agreed) was in my account. Brilliant, faultless service with communication the whole way.
Would definitely recommend and use again!!

Good quick service.

Wanting to sell my iPad I was unsure who to approach.. My niece spoke of M4M in glowing terms so I decided to go with them. I could not have been more satisfied. The whole transaction from start to my payment being in my bank took 5 days. I will certainly be recommending them to friends and family.
