Traded my old Garmin 245. Within a few days, the money was transferred to my account. Reliable and trustworthy service, highly recommend.

I returned an item. I am due to receive considerably less than quoted as apparently it has been lost in transit despite chasing on numerous occasions I haven’t even received reduced amount due. I only receive excuses when I chase. I’ve used other similar companies in the past with no issues, won’t use this one again.

I would have gave five stars for ease of use and quick payment however..
I sold a brand new item never taken out of a sealed box, yet they said it wasn't as described in terms of condition and took about ten percent off the offer once they received it. I hope this isn't a regular tactic for people to just give in for the sake of wasting time. But an easy service to use.

Looked at quotes to sell my Garmin Venu 3 watch which was in excellent condition . Within a few days of sending they recieved my watch and messaged to say if the watch arrived before 2pm(which it had) they would aim to pay within the same day.
A few hours after the full payment arrived on my account.
Excellent easy process, would definitely recommend and will use again in the future

First time using these guys but they were offering the best price for my item. Item arrived within 48 hours, comms as soon as the item was received by them and payment shortly after. Many thanks and will be using you again in the future. Much faster processing times than other sites like Music Magpie.

Good communication but said I would get £81 for my garmin (which clearly met the guidelines for the 'good' condition), then when it was time to pay out they changed my offer to £52, saying that the scratches were 'average' offering no further feedback, photos or comments. Clearly relying on people not wanting to put in the additional effort to get the item sent back and resell elsewhere - just be aware you will probably get less than you expect.

Pleased with the service, sent my iPod via home pick up (free) with Royal Mail, on Thursday, they recieved it on Monday and money was recorded that afternoon. Would use this company sgain

Posted my old Nokia on Tuesday and the money was in my account on Thursday. Very impressed with the communication and service throughout. Would recommend and use again.

I wanted to trade my Huawei tablet in and money4mytech had the best price. I sent my device in and I received my money the same day they received my device. Fast and friendly service, would highly recommend to anyone looking to trade in their old tech.

Since I rated them poorly on here, I have been BOMBARDED with emails from them asking them to change my review. I've had at least 5 emails from them, honestly it's bordering on harassment at this point. No I will not change my review because it reflects my experience with this company. Do better if you want better reviews.

I got a quote online for my device, it was in great condition and was quoted £56. Then when they had received it apparently it needed repairing and were going to give me only £15. There was nothing wrong with it.

This is the 5th time I have used M4MT and never had a problem with them. Everything has been very smooth throughout every time. I always opt for the Courier Collection option. I did it late at night and at the end of the week so the next collection was not until Monday, they came as planned, collected it, and left me the card... then 1 or 2 days later in the morning M4MT emailed to say they received the device, they then checked it, everything was obviously as I had said, and then a few hours later I had the money in my bank account. I genuinely can't find fault with these guys, top price for everything each time, too.

Really impressed! Was absolutely expecting to have the offer price knocked down (as is usually the case) but they stayed true to their offer and I had the funds in my bank the day after sending my laptop off! Can't fault them.

So, I had a smartwatch to trade in, they gave me a quote and gave me the link to create the trade in label.

This was on a Tuesday. On Wednesday morning, Royal Mail came and picked up my package, my package was delivered on Thursday morning and my account was credited (the entire initially quoted amount) by Thursday afternoon.

All it took was that - Tues to Thurs.

I highly recommend this company for a quick and transparent trade in!

Great experience. From site to sale. Got exactly the amount quoted on the site. Process was a breeze. Posted on the Fri using their QR code. Item received 10am Monday morning. Money in account 4pm the same day.

Not many sites offered a price for my phone and of those that did, this was the best price as well (removing CEX and their dodgy A grade criteria!). Everything was straightforward, free label to ship the phone off and email to confirm receipt the next working day - and to top it off payment was in my bank account by the close of that day too! Not much more to say, nice and easy :)
