Very handy app
I like the ease of having my discounts on my phone and supporting local organizations. I do have difficulty sometimes with the redemption process if the cashier doesn't understand how it works. They have to be watching you push the button on your phone. Having a code they could scan would be better in these cases, I think. Otherwise, my experience is good!

Seamless experience
Paul came in and talked to the kids. We were able to get started super quickly and I didn't have the logistical nightmare that comes with collecting money or ensuring participants received items. Really was very easy!

It all went very well until my donation was posted to the group. I specifically noted that I wanted to be listed as anonymous. Yet my name was right there for all to see. However I was able to reach out to them and they fixed it first thing on the next business day.

Our platform is a purely digital experience, you are correct. This enables group leaders to easily collect funds, and get paid out all together. Those supporters in your life are always welcome to give cash or check directly to you, outside of the MoneyDolly fundraising campaign! They would just need to physically get it to you instead.
That isn't something we are able to support, being an app. We are glad you enjoyed fundraising in one easy place!
