Not enough credit card options
A well-designed website, so I can’t give them
1 star, BUT I gave them all my details to compare credit card deals and when I got to the other side it said I wasn’t eligible for the card and only gave me ONE other option for cards! In the end I went to moneysavingexpert where I was given loads more options AND the card that I applied for was approved with the same details. So Money Guru is another site that has mined all my data with no payoff for me.
It seems like it’s a good website, with a well-considered user experience, but unfortunately with limited credit card options I would just rather give my details to a more comprehensive comparative site.
Edit: I originally gave 2 stars but due to their response I changed to 3 stars

We’re so sorry that you had a negative experience using Money Guru. Our credit cards channel has been going through a rebuild and it has been slower than expected.
We understand that this is incredibly frustrating for lots of users. We’ve taken steps to pause marketing activity for cards as a result, but clearly we haven’t gone far enough and for that we apologise.
These changes have been driven by a tough period of trading for Money Guru, but we’re confident that following the rebuild our panel will return stronger and more competitive than before. We’d love to see you come back once we’ve reached this point, but for now we’re sorry that we fell short on expectations and we promise to do better next time.
