The staff was very friendly in store and on the phone. They helped me cash a settlement check that was out of state. The banks here wanted a 10 day hold. Money Mart made a phone call and next thing you know my check was cashed. I would recomend Money Mart in Flagstaff, AZ to anyone. Thank you so much.

i have been to the money mart in sacramento on 5044 Madison Avenue, Sacramento,
CA 95841 twice and the person working there both separate times was Traci and she has been very helpful and took care of my needs!!

All of the employees were smiling and very welcoming. They were knowledgeable of all the services offered and were able to answer all of my questions. They are awesome. Shimiko helped me and she was awesome! It was quick and efficient. I will do all my business there from now on!!

Yesterday, I went into the Money Mart for a money order and was acknowledge as soon as I came. Once it was my turn, Manager Erica provided me with quick and precise transaction and I was out the door. I will go back

Money Mart Customer Service Reps Andrea & Bianca provided great service! Both are very friendly and knowledgeable in their work. I highly recommend this place as these ladies made the atmosphere great. & check cashing quick and not stressful like other places. :)

Under staffed but great lady working there

I've been coming to money Mart for a long time. Sheila is a super nice lady and very perfessional. Claudia is very perfessional and a nice young lady. Now I've seen other customers get upset because they don't understand the process of safe gaurd's money Mart has in place. These ladies are always cool, calm and perfessional.

I have conducted business at this location for the past 13 years. I always received prompt and friendly service. Shantell rocks!

The representative Samantha at the Clovis and peach location is upbeat and professional. You never have to wait long when being served by here, as she is quick witted and a multi tasker. She rocks!

I wanted to write about my experience I had at Money Mart at the Alakea Location in Honolulu, Hi.
I own a business that has been greatly affected by the Covid 19 pandemic. Then upon that. Recently someone was able to go into my local bank account and make 3 unauthorized withdrawals. Which brought me to file a complaint and stop any transactions for a period of time. As a result, I had to find another means of cashing any business checks. Now I have used Money Mart before but did not have a business account. That's when I met their representative Claire. Claire took the time to explain to me about opening a business account. She pateintly took me step by step in doing so. She was also very informative and was able to answer and address all my answers and concerns. She did this all with the utmost professionalism and care. I now have the confidence and reassurance that I have somewhere else to go for my business. It was an incredible experience. I will definitely recommend Claire and Money Mart Alakea to everyone I know.

My husband and I visited Anchorage from the kenai peninsula to purchase a car and we had to cash a check. We visited your store on Benson. A young man named Nathan waited on us ,he was the most pleasant, great spoken young man. He sure made our day. Thank you Nathan for your pleasant and professional attitude. We'll always use money mart because of this young man. Keep up the great work money mart.
