Super easy nice to speak to and super fast bank transfer highly recommended ill be paying loan back and taking another out super happy bank said no these said yes

I am unable to manage my loan as their app says I currently have no active loans. Been trying to reach customer service for 48 hours unsuccessfully. I was also shocked to be hit with a $9 surcharge fee because I made an EARLY payment (after being told no extra fees for early payments).

Quickest process from application to money in my account, less than 24hrs. The most impressive was after signing the contract the funds were in my account within minutes! Very different to dealing with the traditional lenders.

Absolutely fantastic service - they care about your situtation, unlike the traditional banks. Highly recommend

Great experience setting up the loan but can't seem to log into the app though despite trying to reset password/pin. Tried several times in the past week.

Seamless and fast. 2 day turn around. Obviously the better your finances the easier it is I imagine. Rate was %4 lower than my bank.

Applying for a loan and you are self employer or sole trader?

Very disappointed with my experience with MoneyMe.

I made multiple calls to advise the application process did not correctly fit my circumstances as a sole trader, however staff repeatedly advised they “don’t really look at that anyway” and mainly use bank statements.

The system only allowed one bank account to be connected, which didn’t even include my savings account or fully reflect my financial position. The online application also appears designed only for wage earners and does not properly assess sole trader income. When I called about this, I was told I would be sent the correct form — only to receive the exact same link again.

What’s most frustrating is I already have an existing loan that is years ahead in repayments, clearly showing I can manage financial commitments and service the much smaller amount applied for. Instead of properly assessing the application, it feels like the process was automated without consideration of actual circumstances, or asking if I had additional documents to support my financial position.

Now I’m left with a credit enquiry impacting my credit score from what I believe was an incomplete and inaccurate assessment process. Feels like being punished twice.

Would not recommend for sole traders or self-employed applicants to apply direct, maybe different via brokers.
