Moneypenny have been a complete game changer!
Moneypenny have been a complete game changer in supporting our business growth. Their out-of-hours call handling service has been incredibly helpful, and they also manage our overflow calls whenever we’re unable to answer quickly enough.
From our customers’ perspective, the service is completely seamless — they genuinely can’t tell they’re speaking with an external office. The professionalism and consistency of the team have been excellent throughout.
In addition to call handling, Moneypenny also provide a wide range of admin support services which are invaluable during busy periods, holiday cover, or times when call volumes are especially high.
A special mention goes to our dedicated call handler, Jemma, who has been absolutely brilliant. She’s always professional, proactive, incredibly helpful, and genuinely a pleasure to speak with.
We would highly recommend Moneypenny to any business looking for reliable and professional support services.

The hospitality was first class from start to finish. We were greeted by reception before meeting Hayley who ensured we had a really interesting day and that we were able to see first hand how Moneypenny operate. Moneypenny has been a game-changer for my electrical business. Their team answers our phones professionally and follows our exact instructions every time – especially helpful with the script we gave them for filtering small jobs and taking details.
They’re reliable, friendly, and really understand what we need. Calls are handled smoothly, messages come through clearly, and it’s saved us a huge amount of time.
I particularly like how flexible they are – we can update instructions quickly when our workload changes.

I had a lovely conversation with Sophie yesterday and it was so refreshing. I introduced a completely new procedure for our company and she adapted to it straight away. She created an amazing solution and there were no questions or difficulties around it. There was an immediate understanding, which was fantastic.
