BUYERS BEWARE

BUYERS BEWARE - I Bought two lockets for Christmas presents and given all the delays I have experienced during Covid, I made the mistake of ordering early. I tried to return one of the lockets and have been told I can only receive a "Store Credit" because it has been more than 30 days?!?! There is no receipt issue and the product was never removed from the original packaging. If you ever order anything from this company do not shop early unless you are a fan of store credits. After 90 days you have NO return options according to the well hidden return policy on their website. I hope this honest review helps others from having the same experience I have had with this very inconsiderate company.
