Unsatisfied with delivery and customer service

Great product, but very unsatisfied with delivery and customer service for long term customers like me. It's ridiculous that you order and it takes a week for them to ship it and then another week for fed ex to get it there. And it was NOT the holiday. (The excuse I got last time) I ordered WAY before the holiday.) Customer service use to at least act like they cared about late deliveries, now it's more like a "Oh well" kind of vibe with the correspondence. Will be finding another company.

Ripped off Ordering online

Ordered 7 bottles of syrup from their online store. Received 5. Shipment appears to have originated from a local 3rd party distributor. Subsequently, I cannot get any response from any of their support email addresses or web form. There are no phone numbers on their website to call. It's like dealing with a malfunctioning vending machine, except at least I can kick the vending machine.
