It's a scam
It's a scam. You order, you pay, you wait for couple of weeks. Then they cancel your order or the most expensive part of it. That's all. No money back, no communication (email or phone doesn't work).
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Avoid Monna.bg – no refund, no communication
I ordered two perfume testers from Monna.bg on worth 250 EUR. The products arrived as described, but when I exercised my right to return them within the 30-day period, I never received a refund. Nearly two months later, there has been no response, no money, and no accountability.
All attempts to contact the store have failed – phones are off, emails unanswered. Even their listed location was deleted online after negative reviews appeared. This looks like a deliberate attempt to avoid responsibility.
⚠️ Be extremely cautious before ordering from Monna.bg. In my case, I had to escalate the matter to the Consumer Protection Commission and prepare legal action just to recover my money.
Scammers, no email confirmation. No reply from customer service on both email and phone.
Attention, FRAUD! Ordered two perfumes on December 22 2024. Three weeks later I filed a complaint with Paysera, the intermediary that I have paid through by credit card. They intervened and over a week later I received one of the two perfumes. It's been another three weeks now from Paysera's intervention and I have still not received the second part of my order. They don't respond to mails, phone calls, Viber messages, nothing. A few days ago I have cancelled my order and asked for my outstanding money back. Of course, no reaction whatsoever. So beware, they are fraudsters and scammers!
