Welcome to Mon Naturals. We are a local family business from Anglesey North Wales. The company was established in 2016 to facilitate the commercialization of the Families Traditional Clay Mineral Balm Eliawen which has been passed down from generation to generation. Eliawen is over 200 yrs old and follows the original recipe and consists of two indigenous ingredients one of which is Welsh Slate. Eliawen was launched in 2018 at the Welsh National Eisteddfod in Cardiff.

Great service from this company

Great service from this company. Always reliable and fast deliveries when I order, and anything I need help with I can message their fb page and get a response really quick. Nothings to much for Ianto and he helps me so much when I need guidance and help on the best product to buy.

Customer service 👎

This is based on customer service. Spent just over £60 online and I have no idea where my order is. Online it just says it's being prepaid and to check back for updates. 10 days later still nothing. No reply to my emails, phone number not working and no reply on their Facebook page. I know small businesses struggle but if you run it like this I'm not surprised. I'm a reasonable guy, if there's a problem with the order or you need to re stock just drop a message and let a person know. It's not rocket science it's common courtesy to reply to customers.
Last time I purchased from you the customer service was 100% so I don't know what has changed but it's not good.
I was looking forward to trying these products and no doubt would have been a repeat customer but now I think I'll just cut my losses and buy elsewhere. Expensive lesson!

Damaged items when arrived

Damaged items when arrived. Tried to contact the company. The phone line doesn't work. The email doesn't work. The chat option I left messages on and was just ignored.

The order was a bit late due to…

The order was a bit late due to unforseen circumstances at the site. Usually MONnaturals are on the nail. Ianto mote than made up for my wait which i appreciate. This is good customer service. The product is A1. Not diluted like other stuff you buy. Friendly company as you can actually have contact with the owner. Usually 6 stars every time. Recommend the oil for many ailments.

Order not received!! Don't trust seller!!

Order placed 10th January 2024, not received!!
Payment taken, no refund offered!!
Now Ianto has blocked me from his personal FB page and messenger.
I have no spare money but trusted this local to me Welsh man, more fool me. Do not make the same mistake!!
