Advertising size in Groupon not matching website but refuse to exchange or return

I ordered gifts on 11/30. I’ve contacted customer service 3 times. Each time I get a canned response. It’s 2 days until Christmas and I have no idea why I haven’t gotten my orders. I tried using their order tracker and it doesn’t recognize the order numbers. So frustrated and disappointed.

I was very happy this time. My items all arrived on time and in perfect condition. I will definitely use this company again. Thank you

I ordered the metal Baby's 1st Christmas ornament. I reviewed it online BEFORE I ordered it and confirmed that is was correct.....however, the one I rec'd was cut off at the bottom, crooked across the top and the baby's name was not centered. Who does the quality control? I also had a previous order that I have not rec'd any reply on. It was a pillow cover with the names of the 4 children on it.....someone heat pressed it too long and it was sealed together. There was no way to open it to put a pillow in. I sent it back the same day I rec'd it, and still have not gotten any resolution to the gift I had ordered for a family of 4 children. There seems to be no number to get a hold of anyone. If there is...would someone please send it to me or get in touch with me! I've tried this twice in a few months time in order to get things for Christmas....and both gifts were poorly made. Very disappointed.

The pillow was not 14” as represented. When I asked about it, they said it could be anywhere from 13-14” depending on the picture. The one I received was between 12-13” The material is also a cheap felt and the ears were badly sewed so they looked weird. I’ve seen these other places that as much better quality. I would not recommend this.

I ordered 13 luggage tags a few months ago for Christmas gifts. Two of the tags were incorrectly processed.
I sent the tags back to the address listed on their website. I didn’t want a refund. I wanted the tags to be replaced.
Thinking if Christmas gifts I just realized that I never received the replacement tags or a refund or any communication.
I feel they should replace the tags ASAP. Very disappointed in their customer service.

I ordered 4 pillowcases and they were great! They look just like the pictures. I’m extremely pleased.

There is an ink run on one of the four products I ordered. The rest are perfect and were delivered VERY quickly.

My product came just as described. Beautifully monogrammed and totally worth it.

My custom pet pillow was AWFUL!! Truly awful! My cat is black but in the pillow he is blue. The picture was defined enough to see individual hair- but there is ZERO definition on the pillow. Poorly shaped, even. Never again!!!

I have purchased gifts from MonogramOnline for a few years Especially, the 3D pillows. I love them and the gift recipients love them too. One time I had a problem and their customer service was quick and eager to correct the product. I am still a loyal customer!

I wasn’t happy with the order received! I tried several times to return. I was told I could not return, I am very disappointed, I have 6 bags I cannot use.

I’ve ordered two personalized custom blankets from Monogram Online and could not be happier with both. The quality is excellent and the size is perfect. One was a baby blanket the other a regular blanket. Both were gifts to my grandson and my mom and they were perfect. Like I said I could not be happier with my orders.

Item was perfect. Great communication with shipping delays/details.

We haven't had time to really inspect the pillows yet, since they are Christmas gifts, but on quick glance, it looks like they did a fantastic job.
