Monos is a thoughtfully designed and high quality brand. We’ve purchased multiple suitcases, weekender bags and smaller accessory items. Their suitcases roll effortlessly, they’re sleek & have endured many travels.

I am highly impressed with their level of customer service when it comes to the quality of their products. They stand by their designs, and when I needed to utilize their warranty, the process was seamless. The response was professional, prompt and I felt like a valued customer from start to finish.

I had a very good experience with the Monos Customer Happiness team. The representative who assisted me was responsive, attentive, and professional throughout our interaction. She took the time to understand my situation, communicated clearly, and made the process straightforward. It’s reassuring to work with a support team that prioritizes customer care and ensures things are handled smoothly. I appreciate the quality of service and would recommend Monos for their solid customer support.

I purchased a set of luggage (2 medium and 1 large) in 2022. I was extremely happy with the product. i bought the carry-on plus as well later on. I had an issue with one of the medium luggage and submitted a claim even when the luggage was 4 years old. The monos aftercare took care of my warranty. They were quick to respond and my issue was dealt with in no time. I love this product so much that I ordered 2 more of the medium . My family members took a liking and would borrow my luggage all the time, hence I bought the other 2. I don’t travel without it. I don’t usually give a review but I just feel the need to. Used other brands, Samsonite, Tumi, Delsey. I finally settled on this one.

Maylynne was very friendly and answered all my questions. Living in Hawaii, shipping can be quite expensive. She worked out a solution that helped. Extremely grateful!

We bought a carry on pro almost 3 years ago and love it as it’s a brilliant size - it holds a lot but can still go in the overhead lockers on short haul flights.

While on holiday this year the handle sheared off it as we were about to leave the hotel which wasn’t ideal. The handle is covered by a warranty so I contacted the company to say what had happened and received an email the following day saying that a replacement bag would be sent to us. Ann and Khemberley have been communicating with me and have been so helpful and brilliant. I would highly recommend Monos as their luggage is fantastic and the company has been a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely buy more luggage from them.

Monos makes great luggage. It is stylish, robust, and rolls smoothly. However, it scratches easily and requires fairly intensive cleaning after every use to remove marks. The lighter colours such as desert taupe would not work in a medium or large suitcase unless you use a suitcase cover. Customer service is excellent. However, after being fined by Ryanair recently with the Carry-On hand luggage, I informed Monos that it did not align with Ryanair's new size limits and suggested the airline compatibility listing be updated on the Monos website. Since this has not been done, just letting people know that the Carry-On is likely to cause problems with Ryanair.

Monos customer service and support is above and beyond anyone in business and always do the right thing. I had an issue with my luggage and they made it right in promptly time. Great to work with. Beautiful products

Monos luggage is a little more expensive but the quality, warranty and customer service is excellent . It is totally worth the investment. I have used my luggage for travel on planes and trains . It is so easy to maneuver. When I had a small issue it was dealt with quickly and remedied immediately .I am very happy with my purchase.

I emailed them about my mini crossbody bag's straps showing signs of wear after 18 months. They promptly replied and are sending me a new bag.

The customer service is quicker than the light and very friendly. Khemberly has been a great help. I only give compliments when I mean it, and here I can only speak in superlatives. The products of Monos are fantastic as well. The compression straps make them unique in comparison with any other competitor.

The customer service! Two of my wheels where not rolling properly and after reaching out I was going to receive some new wheels. Due to a shipping issue, the wheels were going to be delayed. My job is in travel and I needed a working luggage ASAP. And Ann from Monos understood my struggle and was able to accommodate me with a new even better luggage. Ann went above and beyond what I expected in customer service. Having a working luggage is so important to me and having Ann understand that was huge. I am definitely a loyal customer after this. Thank you for showing what customer service is and making me feel valued. I appreciate all the communication Ann provided throughout the process as well.

I usually do not believe in lifetime warranty claims from companies, but now I can trust Monos warranty! Ann with customer service was so kind and helpful in handling my claim and the process was surprisingly quick and smooth. I just received my replacement carryon in the mail in less than 1 week since I submitted my claim and I am so excited to use it. Great company, great employees and great service! You gained a customer for life and I will recommend you to all my friends and family.

We went in-store to check out the luggage first, and the team there was fantastic! So helpful, kind, welcoming and really took the time to show us all the bits and bobs. I ended up ordering online, and the experience was fab. I had a quick query about delivery timing for an upcoming flight, and customer service (shoutout Khemberly!!) went above and beyond to address my concerns so efficiently and kindly. The delivery was incredibly fast, and the luggage itself looks absolutely amazing. I highly recommend Monos for both their beautiful products and outstanding service! Gained a customer for life, tysm.
