Frequent turn-downs
It’s annoying to be asked to complete surveys on a daily basis but constantly get told you do not qualify. My profile is up-to-date so I don’t understand why that happens so often.

Thank you for your feedback. The surveys you receive are usually looking for the specific opinions of a very set group of people. If we don’t already know this information we will ask a few questions at the start of a survey to make sure that it is relevant to you. If it isn't you may be 'screened out' or get a message that you haven't qualified for the survey on this occasion.
If you receive “quota full” the survey is normally already full of respondents within the same target range.
This can either be before the start of a survey, which is normally indicated as closed, or sometimes in the early part of a survey where certain criteria within the survey becomes filled (for example, within a certain age bracket).
This varies at the rate any given survey is responded to and the overall amount of responses needed by different people to fill a quota. For this reason we encourage participants to answer at their soonest possible opportunity.
For surveys that you receive a “quota full” message, they do not count as completed surveys and no rewards are earned, as the information is not used.
We have also surveys from different providers behind the login at monosurveys.com as well, it's worth going there to click around and check if there have been new surveys.

You get very little rewards
You get very little rewards. I did a survey that took about 25 minutes and got 19 pence for it, but then did the same survey on a different site and received £1.75.....for the same survey!
You get tkmed out or dnq on many surveys and this happens a lot after you have nearly completed a survey, so you pretty much complete a survey, but get nothing for it.
Definitely would not recommend

OK site
OK site, but needs to sort out it's invite e-mails. The "Participate Now" button is a dead end, you can't get to surveys. Having to scroll down to the "View My Account" and use that button is a pain. I've worked it out, but clearly from these feedbacks a lot of people have just given up in disgust. Sort it out Monosurveys or you'll continue to get bad feedback and lose panelists.

If you receive the message “survey closed” this means that the survey has enough responses within a certain target group, or the project has been completed.
Thank you for your feedback. We encourage people to answer at their earliest opportunity to increase the potential to enter and complete the survey before it closes.
Some surveys automatically close due to inactivity, typically after 10-15 minutes.

I wish I could rate this site with zero stars. I have been with Monosurveys for at least 12 months, and not once have I been able to complete, or even start a survey! They require you to constantly provide the same basic, but very useful data, as if starting a survey, but, on every single occasion, the only response is "Sorry, you do not qualify for this survey" - every single time! Stay well away, this site collects your data without reward or compensation!!
