I had some problems from the start

I had some problems from the start. The machine needed som in-depth deficiencies that needed expert technical support.

They provided that support and now it is up and running. I think it is going to be a good machine. I would buy from them again.

The support i got from monport was in my experience second to none, they followed up not once but twice to ensure my problem was resolved, which I had figured it out in the mean time. I was VERY impressed with the support I received.

I was VERY impressed with the support I received related to and issue I had trying to reset my laser. I had heard it was challenging getting responses from customer support, but this was faster than nearly any other company I've ever reached out to. I sent an email with my issue and prepared to wait several days (or weeks) for a response. To my surprise, I received a response the next morning. They gave me some initial suggestions and then asked me to send additional information about my situation if their initial recommendations didn't work. They did a great job of helping me isolate the issue and work through my problem until I could get it solved. I feel much better about any future issues I may experience knowing the customer support team seems to truly care about getting me up and running again as soon as possible!

Onyx-R Excellent machine w/excellent support.

I had questions about shipping after my purchase and the support team answered them right away. I had a small issue and support team was there to help. The Monport Onyx-R is an excellent laser cutter for this beginner. It is built solid, looks sharp, and does a great job at cutting wood, acrylic, and etching on metal.
