Thought I had an issue with my joystick adapter on my MacBook but found it was a bug in the joystick tester software . Ian was amazing and helped me with the issue.

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. had a issue with the wood based housing not fitting together well, which resulted it it getting damaged. i left a review stating such which i have taken down.
within 10 mins of the review ian at monster asked if he could help. and boy did he, he sent a new case a perspex one which fitted like a glove.
the switch gear and associated hardware are excellent quality. just shows you don't need to spend fortunes to get quality and new parts are readily available should you need to or upgrade.

I bought a deluxe arcade stick from Monster Joysticks almost a year ago, as part of a project to combine a Raspberry Pi into an all-in-one portable MAME arcade console.

I can't emphasise enough just how poor my manual/technical skills are, but the instructions for assembly are comprehensive, the components are of good quality and I thoroughly enjoyed the process of putting it together.

Wonderful stuff. Had an issue with the board and Ian sorted it for me with a specific software update. Great customer service.

Have been wanting to buy a Deluxe Monster Joystick for ages and finally made the plunge. Very exacting engineering and quality parts. This is now my favorite gaming device. Nostalgia and wanting to replay games at accurately without having to go the whole Cabinet route.

Purchased a Sanwa joystick from MonsterJoysticks.com. The item quality is excellent, and the customer service even better. The store contacted me ahead of fulfiling my order to specify a couple extra details, and even offered to ship an extra part to make sure I can connect the joystick to my fight stick. Greatly recommended!

I've purchased four Mini Monster joysticks for my ZX Spectrum and my Amstrad CPC, as well as several port adapters and a Raspberry Pi arcade stick. Customer service has always been fantastic, so much so that the owner of the business worked on developing a joystick adapter for the Amstrad CPC+ computers at my request. I cannot recommend Monster Joysticks products and the company enough.

Purpose built retro gear, with just the right quantity of modernisation in a VERY simple to put together kit. No soldering, no difficulty. I've had lego kits that needed more brain to build.

Fab quality, with great customer service and support to boot. I love my Monster Joystick.

Great kit. And lovely joystick. Playing games on my Amiga and Amstrad CPC the way I would have loved back in the day.
My ZipStick is now on the shelf.
Assembly was relaxing and straightforward.

The joystick I always wanted back in the '80s. Boy did we break a lot of joysticks back then, but this is solid. Real arcade parts, a solid base and I LOVE being able to make my own custom artwork for it.

I´ve ordered one joystick to Germany which took about 2 weeks of delivery which was ok for me.
After assembling the joystick it didn´t work correct.
I wrote to the support and they send me some replacement parts which took another ceveral weeks, because the support declared the parts wrong, so they went back to UK.
Meanwhile I´ve received an invoice from GLS for handling and taxes, which was about 22€ in total.
With DHL that would be much cheaper in handlingcosts.
Nothing againt the taxes, UK is not in Europe anymore.
After assembling the replacement parts the joystick has exactly the same issues, as before.
This means I have an extremely expensive joystick now, that even doesn´t work.
That was my first an last order at "Monster Joysticks".
