Check the region before buying

Hard work
I bought a game for Xbox One and didn't receive the key - apparently old email addresses cannot receive their emails (but they told me this on..... email....). They then sent me the code manually, and I would have given 4/5 at that point.
However, the key I was sent is for the Xbox 360, not Xbox One as advertised. Yes the game "works" but it isn't what I ordered. Fortunately it was less than £10 so I won't complain further.

The key you were sent is an Xbox One key. There are a number of games that play on both Xbox 360 and Xbox One. Sorry if this was not what you were expecting and this wasn't Xbox One only - this is just the way it is with Microsoft.
