It is important to me that as a landlord my tenants are happy and I believe Lisa and the team have made sure that has been happening. They have been a joy to work with and give me peace of mind. I have been using Monster Lets for renting out my property for just over a year now and they will also be taking on my other property as well. They have been absolutely brilliant in liaising with me, keeping me updated on minor repairs and giving me notice when I need to put in more investment or checks to ensure our tenants have a comfortable home, they even had arrangements for these to be carried out as a reasonable rate I believe and most times it just me confirming I am happy for the work to take place.
