Loved the short and it came exceptionally quickly!

I sent two emails shortly after placing the order regarding changing the item order. I didn't receive a return email. Later in the week, I received an email with the tracking number.

I then sent another email asking why wasn't my two emails responded to before the item was sent out for dispatch. Again, I didn't receive a return email.

When I received the items, the printing on the both sides of the chest was too big that the image continued on to the sides of my chest. They should have made a bigger space between the seam on the side and the actual images. That was the error.

Now, I have two images on the chest that curves round the sides of my chest instead of it being in the middle/front of the chest.

I was disappointed with my shirt. Even though I asked for a large in women's this shirt is huge. The material is very thin. Overall it looks very cheap and this makes me sad.

Delivery was right on time, and my shirt is perfect. Right size, everything the way its advertised.

My original item wasn’t quite up to par. I reached out and asked them if they would send a new one and they did!

I didn't receive a tracking number until two and a half days AFTER the package had already been delivered. Without any indication of the order being sent, I worried that I had been scammed. I was ready to pull the plug.
There was no way to designate it as a gift, with no price or receipt.
There was no way to add a message to the gift.
You got our names mixed up; I'm ***** McCabe the sender, and ******* Scott is my cousin, the receiver.

Edit: The shirt itself was spot on, and my cousin appreciated it very much. Delivery was fast. And, considering it was, unbeknownst to me, an international order, it was very fast indeed.

Worst quality product I have ever purchased. Requested a refund and it was denied. Only offered store credit and for me to pay return shipping.

If the quality I received is the quality I can expect I do not want to support this company at all. Filed a claim with Visa to get my money back.

Ignores own returns policy
I checked the returns policy before ordering as I was unsure of the sizing. When I emailed asking to exchange for a smaller size they replied immediately and I was told that after reviewing my request they can only offer for me to send the T-shirt back at my expense and they will "only" charge me 50% of a new T-shirt in a smaller size. It does not state this in the returns policy. Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs. Never again.

Notice the reply accepts my frustration & the unclear returns information. However, it’s just words. They have not offered to exchange the shirt or reach an acceptable resolution. They are an awful company, do not spend your money with them. There are lots of reputable companies out there. These people are not one of them.

My father-in-law is a proud Navy veteran who served on the USS Forrestall. The commemorative shirt I purchased through your company is of high quality and a wonderful design. It is now a major player in his wardrobe!!

Now, there is no Power Move without quality, obviously. You can’t pull of the emotional “feet-on-your-boss’-desk” vibe with some crappy, low-res, over dramatic, comedy gold. If it looks like a screenshot, you get screenshot street cred. No good. Might as well just stick to the paper coffee cups that the temps use. I think Dale Carnegie said that.

I’m pretty sure that ol’ Socrates rascal had a very similar mug on his desk. If it’s good enough for one of the fathers of modern thought, it’s plenty good for me.

TL;DR: get quality coffee mug of dominance and watch the promotions come to you.

I wanted to return a shirt and could find no way to do that.

Monsterry produced for me t-shirts with my college's insignia, which I hadn't been able to find anywhere else. Delivery was prompt and uneventful.
