Within hours of placing an order I sent 2 emails asking to change the size. I did not get a response. I did of course get delivered the wrong size. So I've paid £14 to have it delivered and returned and got nothing.
I would'nt buy it from them if you want any kind of service.
Outsiders would have delivered it for free.

The coat was returned within 24 hours of receipt and the return received by them over 10 days ago.
They have now lost the returned item and won’t reimburse me- even though the coat is within their premises
