Sales assistant staff (City & Chatswood stores) were friendly, sincere, understanding & patient over the phone- provided constructive suggestions & explained options appropriately. Amazing customer service from Josh at Montbell. I originally ordered a pair of US10 boots, but was mistakenly sent a US10.5 instead. I was somewhat resigned to trying to make the .5 size bigger work as I needed it for an upcoming trip, but I emailed customer service anyways. Josh went above and beyond to check the warehouse for my correct size (which was indeed there, the boots were placed in the wrong box) and sent me the boots in time for my trip, even before I sent the other back so I can try both pairs on for preference. Follow up as was also excellent to ensure it all went well and that I got my preferred size. Thanks!
