I had a really pleasant experience ordering from the Mont Bleu website, the packaging was really careful and my glass nail files arrived safely & well wrapped in a box with individual sleeves. The delivery didn’t take long, especially outside Europe.

Slow Order Fulfillment
In the end, I got what I ordered. The problem was that it took 30 days to be able to report it and once I did, I got a strange 'reason' for why I had not received them (saying it was out of stock.. it was nail files, from a nail file place...). I believe there was an error and my order was never fulfilled the first time but I did finally receive everything about 45 days after I ordered. The files are ok. I still prefer my OPI nail file. They feel directional and the opi is easier to use because it doesn't have a resistance one direction.
