Good Company, quality scissors and pinches

Ordered and paid for nail scissors. Didn't arrive. Received email in a foreign language of which I have no knowledge. I speak French, Spanish and some Italian- sadly not that one.

Quick delivery. Files came well packaged and work beautifully. I love my Mont Bleu nail files :)

Great nail file, great Mount blue service!

My initial experience in placing my order was good, website was easy but a little difficult to keep navigating to see what exactly I had in my cart (larger thumbprints of my chosen products could help).
Contact with the CSO was terrific, albeit there was a problem with my address, but this was fixed up within one day and I was told my parcel would travel via DHL. After being notified that my order had been despatched, I waited patiently expecting it to take around 2-3 weeks at most (Czech to Australia), however when I checked the tracking no. with DHL, it still showed it had been picked up but no movement. I contacted DHL and they said my order had never been picked up and that MB had never arranged the pick up.
I then contacted MB and they said they had been having problems with DHL and that my order would be despatched immediately by Fedex (it was delivered to me within 6 days !! amazing !!!) - Thank you.

The point is ....MB had no idea that my order hadn't been picked up and was still in their factory - why is this (?) Are there no checks to catch orders processed but not despatched (?)
MB Cust Service should follow all orders until completion (if no movement in delivery) this can be checked. Also, despatch could be cross-checking label nos. that have been printed against parcels/orders not yet picked up.
Kindly check your procedures to avoid this happening to others.

Only sends the package if you ask where it is

This is the 2nd time I ordered glass nail files, to say I was satisfied with the quality and the experience would be an understatement. Dual-end cuticle pusher has changed the game of nail care for me. It is the best product there is for cuticles.
(I'm not a professional, just a nail care enthusiast 🙃)
The first purchase went smoothly. Second one had some issues with the shipping since I wanted to send it to my sister to a different country, and her address appeared for some reason problematic for the post office, and the parcel returned back to MontBleu. Their customer service is impeccable, after I reached out with the issue, they sent a new parcel the following day directly to my address instead and it arrived after 10 days 💚
