This is a fake company. They create fake order number and tracking number.

AVOID!!!!-Poor communications with buyer, fraudulent advertising, no merchandise delivery(Ordered 3 months ago), and no refunds. AVOID!!!!!

The company send me a 5€ plastic jacket instead of a 60€ leather jacket.
The company is hiding its ownership. A return is not possible, the website is a scam and scam advisors and others gave it a minimum trust.

Ordered flying jacket for about £80.
What I received was the cheapest crap I’ve ever got on an internet site, pure rubbish.Contacted them for refund with no response.This site should be banned as it is such a rip off. Whatever you do do not buy anything from this shoddy company!!!

No tracking details. Contacting Customer service just provided an assurance that they've reached out to Logistics department. Nothing happened. I checked trustpilot only later after the purchase and that was a mistake. Since PayPal was used for payment dispute resolution and refund was a breeze. Not sure how the insurance protection with credit cards work.

I hope you check reviews before interned to buy from their website.
The products on website is totally different from what you’ll get.
Also their website is a fraudulent advertising products from London when in fact their based in Asia.
So my advice keep your money!

SCAM SCAM SCAM. This company is a SCAM. They sent me an email with tracking number, bit the link does not work. The contact email they provide gives an error if you use it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Avoid at all cost. Haven’t received my product but felt almost immediately that something was off. Tried to track my order after one week of placing the order and got bounced back. ”Couldn’t find the page” tried to write to montclair and ”the address does not exist/in use”. Just have to accept the fact that I’ve been scammed. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY AND

I ordered a winter jacket - synthetic fur, and I received a spring one, super thin and with soft cuffs. It doesn't match the description at all.

Just like the long list of complaints for this company, I have been ripped off and am totally disgusted with the poor quality of the BERTHOLD I ELEGANT BLAZER & Old Money Leather Jacket delivered - wrong items, different fabric to the website illustrations, pvc jacket instead of the advertised leather jacket and the collar is wrong too!! How do they continue to get away with this fraud??

Add me to the list of people who have been ripped off. I saw the add on YouTube. This is the second time I’ve been ripped by an add placed by a scammer on YouTube. I won’t be ordering again from a company using that service!!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Montclair London has been frustrating enough that I feel compelled to warn other shoppers. On the surface, the brand appears stylish and premium—but unfortunately, the actual products and service tell a very different story. I consider myself savvy to scams, but I fell victim to this one. They present themselves as British-based, but it's clearly made in China. And they perpetuate this branding under many other brands. See the bottom for a list of other sites that I found.

**Poor Quality That Doesn’t Match the Price**
The first red flag was the quality. The items I received looked nothing like the polished photos online. Fabrics felt cheap, stitching was uneven, and overall construction seemed rushed. For a brand positioning itself as elevated and fashion-forward, the craftsmanship was shockingly subpar.

**Incorrect Items**
To make matters worse, my order wasn’t even accurate. I received an item that does not even match what I ordered. The packaging slip didn’t match what was in the bag, which suggests that quality control is practically nonexistent.

**A Terrible, Customer Return Policy**
As if the product experience wasn’t disappointing enough, the return process was the final blow. Montclair London’s return policy is extremely rigid and unnecessarily complicated. Communication is slow, customer service feels scripted and unhelpful, and the brand places the burden entirely on the customer. They require the customer to pay for shipping back to China—even at their mistake.
It feels intentionally difficult to get your money back.

**Bottom Line: Not Worth the Trouble**
Between the poor quality, incorrect producs, and terrible return policy, I cannot recommend Montclair London. There are plenty of brands with better craftsmanship, more reliable fulfillment, and customer service that actually stands behind the product. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

I have ordered cloths worth US $105.67 but items never arrived. They deceived into buying with discount code and all and also send order confirmation and shipment confirmation BUT it is all fake and shipment never arrived. Site no longer accessible and support email got bounced. There is no other way to reach the merchant which I doubt never existed.

I will hunt you down on Google to protect people from your evil.I received my shipment and it doesn't match what was displayed on your website, which proves your lack of credibility and fraudulent practices. This is a scam website run by a group of thieves, and the site is Chinese, not British.

Gave impression of legit on-line seller. Took the order and gave they gave a tracking number and days later the tracking was disabled.

I should have checked reviews before ordering.

I made an order on 6th October for 3 items. It took them until 20th October just to tell me than 1 of the items was out of stock and to pick another. I picked an alternative item and they said they would process the order.

It then took until the 6th November for me to get a despatch notice which suggested only 1 of the 3 items had been shipped. I emailed about this asking for clarification as to whether it was indeed just 1 item that had been shipped and if so, when the others would be shipped. They did not clarify but instead said that if I had made an order then that order had been despatched.

When the order arrived it contained, of course, just 1 of the 3 items. I then emailed them asking for a refund for the other 2 items. They said “Unfortunately, since the other two items from your order are currently out of stock, we are unable to process a full refund for them at this time.” Is this not exactly the scenario that would warrant a refund !? Instead I was offered the choice of a discount code or alternative items. The alternative item I had already chosen didn’t even arrive !? What confidence do I have these next alternative items will arrive ?

I told them I don’t want anything else from the website multiple times and, of course, they came back with “we apologise and we understand”every time but continue to refuse to return my money for the items they couldn’t fulfil.

Avoid completely. They’ll take your money, won’t fulfil the complete order and repeatedly apologise while insisting that your satisfaction is their priority but refuse to return your money even after messing you about.

I went through was extremely disappointing, frustrating, and honestly, it felt like a scam from the very beginning. I want to save others from losing their money the way I did.

I ordered clothing from Montclair London after seeing their advertisements and the attractive prices they offered. Everything on the website looked professional, and the checkout process was smooth — but that is where the “good” part ends.

After placing my order, I received no proper confirmation, no tracking information, and no updates at all. Days passed, then weeks, and nothing arrived. I tried contacting their customer service multiple times — email, messages, everything — but there is absolutely NO customer support. No replies, no help, no one to talk to. It’s as if the company disappears the moment they take your money.

Montclair London is not a genuine or trustworthy clothing retailer. They are misleading people with fake promises and zero service. Their business practices are dishonest, and they do not deliver what they advertise.

Please DO NOT order anything from Montclair London.
Save your money, your time, and your peace of mind. This is a scam company, and whatever you order will NOT arrive. They do not care about customers, and they do not offer any support or assistance once payment is made.
