Utter disgrace

Utter disgrace

5 emails. They have replied actually with around a week Inbetween replies. Treat you like dirt, Poor quality upon delivery, hoping you’ll just stop and go away. No refund, nothing, No phone number to contact them, no call back, What a way to treat people, Please be careful, Stay well clear of this company.

Not regulated

Not regulated. How does a company get away with saying they are from London when they aren't? This is a company based in China and goods dispatched from China, so you aren't getting the quality you'd expect to get from London. Not worth taking the chance on.

A truly awful experience

A truly awful experience! I bought a sweater from them for £35. When it arrived the colour was noticeably different to what was advertised on the website. I asked for a refund as this wasn't what was advertised.

They are based in China not London and email responses are automated via an AI bot. They first offered a 20% off the price instead of a return and refund. Then a 30% discount. Then a 50% discount. I explained I didn't want the item but they have refused to collect the sweater or provide free shipping. I've highlighted their responsibility via the Consumer Rights Act, but still no refund. Unfortunately, my Trading Standards require me to go via Citizens Advice, which is a hassle, so instead I've issued a County Court Claim, which ironically costs £35. This is now a point of principle.

If I had bought the item with my credit card I could have organised a refund via a Section 75. Unfortunately, I used my debit card. I strongly advise you avoid this company!
