Scam. Ordered on 2/20/26. Through the Shop system. As of 3/6, no information on delivery or status. Called the contact number: answer in Spanish for a financial company! Sent email to the designated email address: no address found. I was duped by a credible website that is a fraud.
AVOID THIS RIP OFF COMPANY. I ORDERED A TOY ON 11/30/25 AND THEY HAVE HAD MY $$$ SINCE THEN. NO TOY RECEIVED. NO COMMUNICATION. SENT ANOTHER MESSAGE TODAY (1/26/26) HOPING FOR A REFUND. ONE STAR IS TOO GENEROUS A RATING.

MontessortiToys.com is a SCAM. I ordered $212 of Xmas Toys for my Grandchildren. Received Confirmation email right away, along with the funds charged on my credit card. 2 weeks later, no emails about Delivery. Called the Contact Number listed & it's a voicemail of a man speaking in Spanish. They had an email Support for Customer Service, no response. I dug deeper, the man who's number is listed on the Website, says he works for GPS Financial. I What's App'd him & he said it's a mistake, he has nothing to do with them. After a few texts, he didn't respond anymore. 3 weeks in, nothing. I've been Scammed!
