URGENT WARNING – L & S Projekt GmbH / Staffboarding Agency GmbH
We paid €6,060 for staff accommodation booked via monteurzimmer.de and have not received access to the property.

Period: April–May 2026
The booking was confirmed and invoiced by:
L & S Projekt GmbH (Essen, Germany)
Operating in connection with Staffboarding Agency GmbH (same address / management structure)
Despite multiple attempts to resolve the situation:
• No access to the accommodation has been provided
• The assigned contact (Krystyna Hasiak) is not responding
• Calls, messages, and emails have gone unanswered
We have:
• Official invoice with VAT ID (DE309181366)
• Bank details (Commerzbank)
• Identified director: Lukas Matuszewski
• Full documentation of communication attempts
At this point, this represents a serious failure to deliver a paid service.
We also want to highlight serious concerns about monteurzimmer.de, the platform through which this booking was made.
The listings connected to this provider are now inactive or under “technical maintenance”, raising questions about:

• Platform responsibility
• Protection for customers making high-value bookings
