Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 74 reviews, most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Many customers appreciate the quality of the t-shirts, often describing them as superb, comfortable, and washing well without fading. The designs are frequently praised for being clever, fun, and a great way to refresh one's wardrobe, with many enjoying the surprise element of the monthly subscription. However, some people were dissatisfied with the product quality, citing issues like prints peeling easily, poor fabric, and stitching falling apart after a few washes. There are also concerns regarding misleading subscription offers, unexpected charges, and slow delivery times, with some customers waiting weeks for their orders or not receiving them at all. Additionally, some reviewers find the current pricing to be expensive compared to previous rates.

It started with great shirts, but lately the graphics have become a little more easy to peel. Also I wish there was more colors options other than black or white.

An amazing site. Helping 12 charities a year, can't be a bad thing! However, I've been with MTC for a few years now and I'm still waiting for my yearly freebie perk. At least 3 or 4 now. Ti's my onl... See more

Did not receive anything !!!!

They had a promotion free t shirt just pay 2.99 delivery. No product received but they enrolled into a monthly charge. I ordered 3 so I got charged 9 for nothing then 3 x 12 monthly fee. I stopped the monthly fee from my bank. It was not clear that just to get the promotion you had to subscribe.

Great shirts, small prints

Great shirts, the designs are so good and haven't faded after wash. The only thing I would say is that the prints on the front could be a little bigger, especially when ordering bigger sizes and the image is tiny

Joke of a company

Joke of a company, they're scammers. Paying heavy AD spend on an entry offer of £2.99 for your first tee. Never received it, because they wait til your next billing date to bill you £15.98 before you receive anything.

Absolute scam of a company

Absolute scam of a company. Persistently send out emails with offers of free t shirts etc. I saw one I liked and thought I will maybe resign up. I clicked the link and it appeared to immediately resign me up to a subscription without any further confirmation or means to view the details of any of it. I checked my emails for confirmation and there was none so I thought it hadn’t done anything so I clicked the link again to see if it would take me through to correct page for more information on this offer. It did the same thing. I checked my bank and they had in fact taken 2 payments. Tbf they refunded one when I asked but I still received zero confirmation of what I ordered so I’d no idea if I was getting what I thought it was. There was nothing that asked me to confirm my address either. But I hadn’t even thought it would be the wrong one as I’ve been at my current address for almost 5 years. Weeks went by with no apparent update. I emailed and they said it would be sent out in 10 workings days after being printed. So not really a definitive date. More weeks went by and still zero updates on if it had been shipped or not, nothing to track the order. I emailed again they said it had been delivered several weeks ago. It clearly had not. It’s shocking that an online business gives zero communication on confirming orders, shipping updates etc. it’s a joke. Turns out they sent it to my very old address. I checked my online profile and absolutely no where does it show what your current shipping address is or no where to edit and change it. Scam company and it’s how they dupe you out of your money. At best it’s the worst run online company I’ve come across. No apologies from them, no ways to offer to resolve any of the issues I raised - completely ignored all of that and just sat with I’d the wrong address in. No business should sign you back up to anything without allowing you to 1. Confirm you actually want to order the item 2. Letting you see and confirm where it’s being shipped to!! And 3. Providing zero order confirmation or shipping/tracking information. Joke. Will never use or recommend this useless company to anyone.

You might try argue it was my mistake for wrong address but as I said at no point was I ever able to confirm or even see what the address was never mind not even having the chance to confirm I actually wanted to order it. So for all I know they’ve shipped nothing to me. I’ve been given zero proof of evidence for a confirmed order or that it was shipped. No good company takes money off you after clicking one link from an email without letting you view the offer in full details nor confirm shipping details and the fact you actually do want to buy it. Disgusting practice.

Awful company, Avoid!!!!

Never received my T shirts…first excuse was they sent it to my old address even though I had changed it on my dashboard. Was promised by Dan that it had been re sent to my new address (been here 4 1/2 years!) still nothing and that was beginning of October. Please avoid this company they will quite happily take your money but never send the T shirts…very very disappointing!!!!

Order Still Not Received, Been over 2 weeks!!

I placed an order on the 1st November 2024, based on a promotion i seen on Instagram.

I received an email on the 7th November 2024 stating I should have the item within 2-5 days.

I received a further email on the 14th November 2024 stating it will be with me in 2-4 days.

The item was initally a present for someone, however it's been 2 weeks since I placed the order and still haven't received it item which I find disappointing.

I was a new customer and this experience so far has been appalling and on that basis, I have since cancelled my membership.

I would avoid this company!!
