I signed up via a promotional offer. Before I had even received the first t shirt they had taken payment for a 2nd. How do I know if I want to cancel or continue with the subscription if I haven’t received the first t shirt yet?!
When it did turn up I quite like the design and material but it’s really long on me. To get the right length I’d have to go several sizes smaller which I don’t want.
I wrongly assumed that as they are called MONTHLY tee club I’d have a month before a second t shirt was sent so I’d have that time to receive the first t shirt and decide if I want to continue the subscription or not. Now I have been charged for another t shirt that I don’t like and don’t want but I still have to pay for the delivery and the return.
The “free” t shirt offer seems like a con to me. You have no time to try it and decide if you want to continue or not before they bill you for the next. And now I’ve cancelled I have no information visible in my account. There’s no information regarding previous transactions, orders or anything.
My advice would be either cancel immediately after ordering or, better yet, just don’t bother at all.

Signed up from instagram ad claiming discounted shirt at the beginning of July. Now knocking in the door of August and I’ve not received that shirt and have been charged for the next full month. Website showing no transactions. Can’t look at order history. They’ve just taken payment from my bank and I’ve heard nothing else. Weird service. Cancelled subscription, chasing my refunds!

Lovely stuff

These shirts are always fantastic quality and have so many options to choose from every month (most of the time there’s so many great designs that I don’t know which to choose!). Their customer service is extremely friendly and can always answer my queries. Delivery is always quick once shipped. I’ve been with them for 3 years now and they never disappoint.

Would prefer an alternative to white shirts

Just a nice surprise and as a toon fan, it’s relevant.
I’d prefer direct print rather than transfers but the quality and fit are good

I absolutely love my T-shirt — the surprise design was such a brilliant touch and really made me smile. It's a great reminder of the creativity and care that goes into everything at MTC. On the whole, I've genuinely loved being a part of the MTC community. It's been a rewarding experience, full of great people, inspiring work, and a real sense of belonging.

The quality of the shirts is superb and, in recent months, the designs have just been next level with Ghostbusters and The Exorcist inspiring cross-over graphics that always break the ice! MTC is a great way to do good and build your wardrobe month by month. It’s my favourite subscription and feels like a little treat every few weeks as the red envelope drops with my fresh new tee inside!

Having seen the offer to get a T-Shirt for the introductory offer of £2.99 on 22.06.2025, I decided to sign up and see how good they were. I didn’t receive any T-Shirt, but then a week later on 01.07.2025, £16.98 was charged to my credit card. I cancelled my subscription, and as I was unable to dispute this charge with my credit card provider until a months time, I decided to wait it out. Then a week later, on 08.07.2025, I received a T-Shirt. It was the Venom nom nom T-Shirt that was listed as the introductory offer. So I have atleast received one T-Shirt which I am happy with, hopefully I will get a second one as I have been charged for it, fingers crossed. If not, I have cancelled my subscription and I will try to reclaim my money back through my credit card provider.

I signed up for an offer for a t-shirt, £2.99 plus delivery. It never arrived so I promptly cancelled my subscription. I then noticed I had been charged 2 months of subscription at £16.98 each. I could not sign into my account as I had cancelled it but was still being charged for it. I then emailed saying if j was not refunded I would be reporting them for unlawfully taking money. They apologised and said they would refund straight away, between 5-10 days for it to go into my account. It is now day 15 and they have stopped answering my emails. Total scam.

I’ve been subscribed to Monthly Tee Club for a little while now, with two active subscriptions—one for me and one for my partner—and I’ve honestly been really impressed. We’ve just received our fourth delivery, and at this point, I can confidently say it’s been more than worth it. For just £13.99 a month, the value is fantastic.

The t-shirts themselves are genuinely great quality. The fabric is soft and comfortable, but also holds up well after multiple washes. It’s rare to find that perfect balance of comfort and durability, especially from a subscription service, but they’ve absolutely nailed it.

What I love most is how fresh and creative the designs are each month. They’re always fun, clever, and never feel repetitive. It’s clear that a lot of thought goes into keeping things interesting—and that effort really pays off. Each delivery feels like a nice little surprise.

The print quality is also spot-on. The colours are vibrant, the detailing is sharp, and nothing fades or peels over time. I didn’t expect this level of quality from something so affordable, but they’ve seriously exceeded expectations.

Overall, Monthly Tee Club has been a brilliant experience so far. The quality, the design, and the value for money are all on point. I’ll definitely be keeping the subscriptions going—and I actually look forward to seeing what arrives each month. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who loves a good graphic tee and wants something a bit different delivered to their door.

Saw the free offer on instagram where you pay for delivery and get your first monthly tshirt for free.
Paid that, 1 month later They took the full amount out of my bank, I haven't received a T-shirt and had been waiting since April.
No phone number available and all comms had to be done via email, they kept lying for months stating there is a backlog and my order is in the way.
Had to ask my bank to step in and refund me after 2.5 months of lying.

Don’t waste your money and time to this company.

Customer understanding and admittance when at fault. Lack of contact number or complaint procedure. Shame as a really good idea and the tshirt I recieved was good quality when I finally recieved it and got to the bottom of why I wasn't receiving stuff

Scam. Don't trust this company. Never deliver what they say they will.

The same as everyone else. I have paid for a t-shirt twice for the same one but then months have gone by I still have not received either t-shirts and they charged me for the months after although I have cancelled the subscription. I have literally paid for nothing. They have however responded to my email and have agreed to refund last months subscription.
