It was fine at the start...
My brother back at xmas 2023 bought me a yearly subscription for this service, it went well getting awesome shirts of good quality month on month through 2024.
I asked for the same gift for xmas 2024... What a different experiance it has been this time!
Their website is completely busted, you cannot activate a gift coupon for an existing account, but you also cant get past the payment method (of £0) when creating a new account either due to a Stripe Payment error on their end.
I cancelled my subscription on their website in December 2024 and I have since been charged for and sent shirts in January. I have emailed the company around 4-5 times all with zero response. I was able to communicate with their facebook group, only to be told their social team doesnt deal with these problems and I must email them.
This company has no phone number and no live chat, and seemingly ignore emails.
Stay the heck away from this place.

Shane they changed the print
Nice company and the shirt designs are really unique. Unfortunately they have changed how they print them, before it used to be printed into the fabric, now they use iron on transfers so the feel is plastic and I don't feel they will last as long. Real shame because ei love the design. Becareful having the random selection though, as you can get a pocket design which is. Alot smaller than the full design shirt.

Great design, love the shirts. Just need a little more transparency with regard to payments and shipping.
I really like the tee I was sent for December. It was funny and cute. My only gripes with my experience was after starting a new subscription at the end of the month, and then finding another payment taken out right away on the 1st of the next month. I understand this now, it makes sense but I feel this could have been made a little more clearer at the point on starting a new subscription, just to avoid the surprise if another payment being taken so soon after the first purchase. Also it would be nice to get some kind of update, when new tee has been shipped. It doesn't necessarily need tracking, just a heads up to alert you it's in its way.

I joined Monthly Tee Club primarily for…
I joined Monthly Tee Club primarily for a specific limited-edition T-shirt, only to discover it had sold out by the time my payment was processed. The real sticking point, though, is their very unusual Terms of Service: they appear to restrict cancellations in ways that feel more complicated (wait 48hours and no refunds??) and less flexible than other subscription services I’ve tried. Their terms of service seem to not align with the consumer laws I know about. Check them before subscribing.
I’ve reached out to their support to request a refund and clarify the confusing cancellation process. I’m still waiting on a clear resolution. If they resolve this quickly and fairly, I’ll happily update my review. Until then, I wanted to share my experience so potential customers know what to expect if they decide to sign up. At the moment it's also very strange the only positive review has been done right a day before my order.

Amazing company…
Amazing customer service whenever I've emailed. Amazing quality and prints, I love all the designs and wish there was a choice to buy extras per month.
Had this service on/off since 2021 and I'll never leave.
The offers they have are also amazing, got a Die Hard Christmas jumper and the quality of the jumper and print/design is 100/10
