Good general experience

They usually answer fast my requests. The onboarding process was demanding in terms of requirements but in the end I got my account opened. Some transactions take too long to be processed and the internet banking could be improved.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service, this a Russian EMI that is incompetent and cannot handle 20 clients a month. They do not give reasons for rejection, and are the worst to deal with. STAY AWAY from the nice looking website!
